Villa Turtle Bay was completed in May 2015 to the highest specifications by one of the region's top developers. It's main feature is its superb infinity pool with truly amazing views over the Mediterranean.

Turtle Bay is set out over two floors and is located in a prestigious position on the Kas Peninsular, which is listed as an area of natural beauty. Wild tortoises meander along the local roads, turtles  swim past on a regular basis and occasionally, dolphins can be spotted in the bay in front of the villas.

Villa Layout:

The open-plan living area has plenty of comfortable seating, a log fireplace and a large flat-screen TV.

There is also a separate WC on this level.

A dining area can seat 8 guests. The modern and well-appointed kitchen includes appliances such as oven, hob + extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge-freezer. The kitchen leads out onto a shaded seating and al-fresco dining area from which you can watch the yachts sail by. A BBQ is provided for guests' use.

The sun terrace houses the impressive infinity-edged pool and a comfortable seating area - the perfect vantage point for surveying the breathtakingly blue Mediterranean before you.

Each of the four bedrooms (three doubles plus a twin) has excellent sea views and an en-suite travertine-tiled shower room (these also have views over the Mediterranean). Three of the bedrooms have their own individual sea-view balconies and are located on the villa's top floor and one of the bedrooms is situated at lower ground floor level. The bedroom on the lower ground floor level is a double - it should be noted that this bedroom is separately-accessed from the main part of the house, so it's therefore unsuitable for unaccompanied young children. However, it has its own en-suite and a TV, so it's ideal for members of the family who may want to enjoy their own space and privacy (couples, teenagers or grandparents for example).

Location:

As mentioned, Turtle Bay is set within an incredibly stunning location on the Cukurbag Peninsular. The centre of Kas is a short drive or a 10 minute dolmus ride away. Here you will find an array of quaint restaurants, shops, locally made ice creams, cafes and quirky bars. There are also a number of upmarket hotels on the Peninsular that welcome non-residents into their bars and restaurants. • A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• A twice-weekly clean and linen change is provided (ie - if staying for 2 weeks, a full clean + linen change is carried out every 3rd or 4th day. If staying for 1 week, a mid-stay clean + linen change is carried out)
• WiFi internet access is provided
• A BBQ is provided for guests' use
• The villa has ample off-street parking
• One of the bedrooms is located on the lower ground floor and is therefore unsuitable for young unaccompanied children
• Can be rented in conjunction with Villa Dolphin Bay for large parties. This is a 4-bedroom villa set below Turtle Bay
