Named after one of the most beautiful love poems within Turkish literature, Villa Mona Roza means ‘single rose’ and is a lovely new addition to our portfolio of luxury villas.

Located in the peaceful area of Kordere (around 7 minutes’ drive from Kalkan), Villa Mona Roza enjoys a very private position with truly glorious views across the sea out towards Mouse and Snake Islands.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Open plan living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV (with English-speaking channels). An extendable dining table is also provided.

The U-shaped kitchen is very well-equipped with a range of Samsung appliances including built in oven and microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and water-cooler.

A guest cloakroom is also provided on this level which also houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Floor to ceiling sliding doors from the living area and kitchen lead out onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

This level has three large double bedrooms. The first of these has a Jacuzzi set within the room as well as an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has a balcony to the side as well as access to a shared balcony to the front of the property which is furnished with a table and chairs. This balcony is shared with the adjacent double bedroom which also has an en-suite shower room. The third double has an en-suite shower, a balcony to the front of the building and a huge picture window to the side.

Second floor:

This level has a double bedroom with Jacuzzi set within the room as well as an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has a Juliette balcony to the front. Sliding doors to the side lead out onto a large furnished roof terrace which has breath-taking views.

The second bedroom on this level is a twin-bedded room, again with en-suite shower room, Juliette balcony to the front and access to a furnished roof terrace on the side of the property with more of those amazing views.

Outside the villa:

The pool terrace is well-furnished with ample sun-loungers and sun-shades. An al-fresco dining area is provided with seating for up to 12 guests, together with a gas BBQ for your use. The large infinity-edged pool also has a shallow portion, into which sun-loungers can be placed.

The centre of Kalkan town lies a 7 minute drive away – taxi’s are very easily available (we can supply you with a WhatsApp number for a taxi driver, so you can summon a taxi to the villa at any time and there is a taxi-rank in the town centre so you can always get a taxi home at the time of writing you an expect to pay circa £4-£5 each way).

• Please note that the above images were taken in the winter and the pool was not ready for use at that time - we will be updating this webpage in the spring with new images of the pool once it's properly filled and ready for use
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (ie – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• Shopping deliveries can be arranged
• The villa has a safe and a security alarm system
• Rental licence number - 07-2899

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 10).
