Miya Evi is a stunning 4-bedroom villa in an enviable location, less than 10 minutes’ walk from central Kalkan and close to the Likya Residence and Asfiya Sea View Hotels.

Contemporary in style and under recent new ownership, this spacious villa provides elegantly furnished and luxurious accommodation with fantastic sea views.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground Floor:

Large open plan living, dining + kitchen area with glass frontage allowing light to flood into the property and making the best of the sea views. Doors open out onto the pool terrace.

There are two double bedrooms on this level – each of these has an en-suite shower room and terrace area with sea view.

First Floor:

There are two further bedrooms on this level (a double and a twin) – again, each of these has a spacious sea view balcony and en-suite facilities.

Outside the villa:

Large infinity pool.  Spacious terrace with comfortable furnishing, al-fresco dining area, ample sunloungers and parasols. Table tennis is provided on the terrace. The pool can be heated during low season months - extra costs apply (please ask for details at the time of booking). 

The centre of Kalkan is less than a 10 minute walk away, and the ever-popular Yali Beach Club is also about the same distance.

• Wifi internet connection is provided
• Welcome pack is provided on arrival
• The villa has a security alarm system
• The villa is full air-conditioned
• A washing machine, tumble-drier, coffee machine, kettle, hand-held blender, sandiwch grill and toaster are provided
• Table tennis is provided on the terrace
• TV and DVD player are provided
• A parking space is provided
• Cleaning is carried out twice-weekly; if staying for 1 week, a mid-stay clean and towel change is provided. Bed linen is changed weekly (so if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay bed linen change)
• Please note, that as the villa is under new ownership, some renovation will take place over the winter period which will mean changes to the decor in some areas - updated photographs will be uploaded onto this webpage as soon as they become available to us in the spring of 2020
