We are delighted to add this two-bedroom villa in the village of Islamlar to our portfolio for the 2023 season.

Islamlar offers scenic views in a village setting with rustic restaurants nearby and only a 15 minute drive away from central Kalkan.

The villa is laid out over two floors as follows:

Ground floor:

The  door opens into a hallway which leads to a large open plan living space with an L-shaped sofa and two armchair spaced around a coffee table.  There is a large Smart TV and sliding doors lead to the pool terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, built in electric oven and microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, toaster, kettle and water cooler.  There is also a kitchen bar with two stools and an integral dining table that seats 4 comfortably.  Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace.

A twin bedroom (which can be made into a double on request), is also on this level. Within the room is a wardrobe, a comfy chair with side table, a wall mounted smart TV, a dressing table with stool as well as an en-suite shower room that also has a picture window with internal blinds.  Sliding doors give access to the pool terrace with breathtaking views.

There is a cloakroom / WC on this level for guests use as well.

First floor:

The Master bedroom has a large round double bed with a padded panel at the back, two reading lights, a music sound system and bedside tables.  There is a large Jacuzzi bath within the room as well as an en-suite shower room with twin basins and a picture window with integral blinds.  Within the room is a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and two comfortable chairs with a small coffee table as well as a wall mounted smart TV.  There is also a treadmill in the room for those feeling energetic. Sliding doors lead to a large balcony which has two chairs and a coffee table. The end of the balcony has a swing seat with panoramic views across to Kalkan Bay with the islands beyond.

There is a cinema room on this level with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a large TV screen that also offers a DVD player, a music sound system and PlayStation.

Outside the villa:

The villa is accessed through a long sliding metal gate at the side of the property which offers plenty of parking space.

At the front of the villa is a large colourfully striped pool which has an integral shallow area with two submerged sun loungers and parasol. Steps provide access to the water and a children's pool can be found behind. A further 2 sun loungers and a parasol are available by the pool.

At the end of the pool is a Kosk with ottoman seating. There is also a comfy sofa set and dining table with 6 chairs with a built in BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining while taking in the panoramic views.

Table tennis is also provided.

Points to note: 

• Pool towels are provided for guests use
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• All rooms are air-conditioned
• A weekly clean and linen change is carried out (so if you're staying for 2 weeks, you'll have a mid-stay clean and linen change. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• The swimming pool is approximately 14 metres long, by 4 metres wide and 1.6 metres deep. The children's pool is 50cm deep and the shallow area for sun beds is 20 cm deep.
• There is a cot and high-chair available on request (please bring your own bedding for the cot)
• A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom
• There is a covered garage on street level
• The villa has an alarm system and a small safe
• Can be booked in conjunction with Villa Guney next door which also has 2 bedrooms
• Rental licence number - 07-8045

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 4).
