Villa Elia is a contemporary 5 bedroom villa with a private infinity pool, located on Kisla Bay, only 450m from the sea front. Villa Elia’s prime elevated position affords panoramic sea views from every angle across Kalkan Bay towards the harbour.

Featuring modern open plan living, décor and appliances, Villa Elia has marble surfaces and heat reflecting glass windows and doors throughout, keeping it cool inside and maximising views from every angle.

Bedrooms are bright and spacious with tasteful furnishings, with floor to ceiling windows opening to balconies/Juliet balconies. The villa’s bathrooms (4 of which are en-suite) are spacious with walk in showers.

Villa Elia is perfectly situated in a tranquil part of Kalkan and is just a 5 minute walk to Kalkan Beach Club with its restaurant, water slide/sports and water taxi, a 7 minute walk to the world-renowned Hotel Villa Mahal and its stunning beach club and a 5 minute drive or water taxi to Kalkan’s picturesque Old Town. There are also some very popular restaurants, including The Castle and Fidanka, within a 5 minute walk of the villa.

Ground floor:

Generous open plan living room/lounge area with large dining table, sofas and seating, large internet-connected TV and access to pool terrace.

Modern and fully equipped open plan kitchen with Siemens appliances, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.

Siemens refrigerated water dispenser.

First floor:

Double bedroom with super king size bed; en-suite bathroom with shower and access to private corner balcony with a beautiful sea and mountain view.

Twin bedroom; en-suite bathroom with shower, separate wardrobe area, and French balcony.
 

Second floor:

Double bedroom with super king size bed; en-suite bathroom with shower and access to private corner balcony with a beautiful sea and mountain view.

Twin bedroom with large adjacent bathroom with shower, with sea view.

Outside the villa:

Private infinity pool (8 metres x 4 metres) and pool terrace furnished with sunbeds, parasols and outside shower. The pool can be heated if required (extra charges will apply - please see below for details).

Points to note:

• The villa is fully air-conditioned 
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are included (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for one week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change). Additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged at extra cost 
• Daily pool cleaning
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• Washing machine, ironing board and iron plus clothes airer are supplied
• Refrigerated water dispenser, kettle and toaster are supplied
• Flat screen internet-connected 49” TV, DVD Player (with selection of DVDs), and bluetooth music speaker are supplied
• WiFi internet access is provided
• A hair dryer is provided in each bedroom 
• Private covered car parking provided
• Welcome pack provided on arrival
• Optional grocery and fresh bread delivery every morning (at extra cost)
• Cot and highchair available on request (at extra cost)
• Pool heating is available on request - an additional charge of £150 per week will apply. The pool heating needs to be booked at least 5 days in advance of your arrival
