Villa Lila is located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan and is within walking distance to the centre of town (approximately 12-15 minutes). 

The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests and has lovely sea and mountain views, plus its own pool and table tennis. 

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area; the living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus flat screen TV.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven and a gas hob. There is also a dining table to seat 10 guests.

The first of the villa's 6 bedrooms can be found on this floor; a double with en-suite facilities and direct access to the pool terrace.

First floor:

Three bedrooms can be found on this level (each with en-suite facilities and balconies with sea view); the master bedroom (with king-size bed), a twin and a double bedroom. 

Second floor:

This level houses two further bedooms; a twin and a double. These share a bathroom plus a balcony and access to a roof terrace which offers great view across Kalkan bay. 

Outside the villa:

The villa has a lovely pool terrace plus a shaded al-fresco dining area (seating 10 guests). 

Table tennis is also provided on the pool terrace.

Points to note: 

• Pool towels are provided on arrival
• A welcome pack is not provided at this property, but one can be arranged if required at additional cost
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis – so if staying for 2 weeks, there is a mid-stay clean + linen change. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean + linen change
• Wifi internet connection is provided
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
