We are very happy to add Villa Kotti to our portfolio of luxury villas in Kalkan.

Located in the Kisla area of Kalkan overlooking the bay, the five-bedroom Villa Kotti is a contemporary and wonderfully elegant house that is bound to please our most discerning guests.

The villa has been beautifully furnished and it’s within close proximity to the Mahal Beach Club, from which water taxi's are available to take you across to Kalkan's harbour.

The elegantly-styled accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Very spacious open-plan room which comprises a comfortable seating area with TV/DVD, CD player and iPod docking station, a dining area and a large fully-fitted kitchen.

Doors lead to a utility room and separate guest cloakroom.

The living area features floor to ceiling windows which make the most of the stunning bay views and these open onto a shaded terrace area, which is an ideal spot for al fresco dining.

First floor:

The extremely spacious master bedroom extends across the whole width of the first floor. This bedroom has a super-king sized bed, with an open-plan Jacuzzi bath overlooking the sea plus a partially screened wet room. The main feature of the master bedroom is the huge balcony which extends the entire width of the house. This is furnished with comfortable seating, plus a day bed from which to enjoy the beautiful views.  

The second bedroom is located at the rear of this floor and has a large double bed, en-suite shower room. This bedroom benefits from having two balconies that offer a side-sea views from either side of the property.

Second floor:

The second master bedroom is located on this level and it has the same layout as the first master bedroom covering the entire width of the villa. This bedroom also has a balcony that spans the whole width of the house.

The two remaining bedrooms are located on this floor. These can be configured as doubles or twins and each has an en-suite shower room plus balcony with a side sea view.

Roof terrace:

Steps lead up to a furnished roof terrace that offers amazing views over Kalkan bay. Ideal for taking in the sunsets while enjoying a pre-dinner drink.

Outside the villa:

As mentioned, the living area opens out onto a spacious pool terrace that’s furnished with chic white sun loungers and parasols.  The infinity-edged pool is approximately 4 metres x 9.5 metres (1.55 metres deep).

A shaded al-fresco dining area is provided, together with comfortable seating. Mature plants surround the villa.

Points to note:

• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• 2 safes are provided for guests' use
• The villa has a security alarm system
• Table tennis is provided
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out roughly every 3rd or 4th day, therefore, if staying for 1 week, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be provided. If staying for 2 weeks, you will receive x3 cleans and linen changes during your stay
• There are a number of steep steps up from the car parking space to the villa's entrance - these may not be suitable for people with mobility issues

Please note that Saturday - Saturday bookings are preferred, although some leeway can be allowed with this depending on availability and at owner's discretion.
