This contemporary 5-bedroom villa is situated in Kisla and has wonderful sea views across the bay.

The living space is light and airy offering a family or friends the space to enjoy socialising together.

Kalkan's old town quarter lies a 25 minute walk away, but the nearby Kalkan Park Beach Club offers water taxis to the harbour throughout the day.

There is a mini-market close to the villa as well.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Steps from the street above descend to the entrance door which leads into the open plan living space with a cloakroom for guests' use.

The sitting room has two large sofas with a coffee table and a large smart TV.  The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and water cooler. The dining table has 6 chairs and a bench. Sliding doors provide access to the pool terrace.

First floor:

This floor has two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, wardrobe, dressing table and stool.  Sliding doors lead to a shared balcony with two comfy chairs plus a dining table with 4 chairs from which to enjoy the sea views.

Second floor:

This floor has a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room and sliding doors leading to the roof terrace.  

On the roof terrace is an L-shaped sofa and coffee table under a pergola with a double swing chair to enjoy the wonderful views across the bay.

Lower ground floor:

On this level is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with en-suite shower room and sliding doors leading out to the patio garden.

On the patio is a swing sofa and two bean bags on which to relax on as well as table football.

There is a washing machine under the stairs for guests' use on this level.

Outside the villa:

The infinity pool has integral steps and 8 sun loungers spaced around it with 2 parasols.  In addition, there is a comfy sofa set with two armchairs and two cushioned stools set around a coffee table.  There is a portable BBQ for al fresco dining and an outside shower for guests' use.

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• WiFi internet access is provided
• Table football is provided
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for your use
• A full clean and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change, although it may be possible to arrange one at additional cost if required)

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 10).
