We are delighted to include this modern and sleek designed 4-bedroom villa within our portfolio for the 2024 season.

Villa Spectre combines spacious interiors with fabulous outdoor space, plus some of the best sea vistas in Kalkan. 

The villa is in a peaceful and elevated location above the ‘Kalamar Road’ and offers truly outstanding views of both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays from all levels.

There are 4 en-suite generously sized bedrooms in total, three of which are on the first floor and one on the top floor (a Master suite). All the bedrooms are very well proportioned and have spectacular views.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

The property is accessed from the street below via a gate with an intercom system.  Through the entrance door and down a couple of steps, is the spacious open plan living area with a large L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table plus a Smart TV offering Netflix (via your own account).

The sleek and well-equipped kitchen has an island unit complete with an electric hob, extractor fan and 3 bar chairs. Within the kitchen is a large fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and water cooler.

The dining table (with five chairs plus bench seating), has great views out onto the pool terrace through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.

Just off the kitchen is a handy utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.  Opposite, is a guest WC/cloak room.

First floor:

This level features three bedrooms - the first is a double bedroom with glass doors leading to the en-suite shower room with double shower, basin and WC.  There is also a separate walk-in dressing area with wardrobe and chest of drawers.  Within the room is a dressing table with chair and make-up mirror. Sliding doors give access to the shared covered balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a side table from which to enjoy the fabulous views.

Along the hallway is the second bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with picture window. An opaque glass door provides privacy for the WC. Within the room is a dressing table and chair with make-up mirror. Sliding doors lead to the shared covered balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a side table from which to enjoy the sea views.

The third bedroom is a twin with built-in wardrobes and an integral dressing table with chair.  There is an en-suite shower room and sliding doors lead out to the covered shared balcony.

Second floor:

Marble steps lead up to the top floor – on the landing, a glass door provides access to the roof terrace which is furnished with a comfortable seating set to enable guests to make the most of the panoramic views of both bays.

The Master bedroom on this floor has an ‘in room’ Jacuzzi bathtub, a basin and separate shower with WC.  Within the room is a built-in wardrobe with a dressing table with two chairs and make-up mirror.  Sliding doors give access to the roof terrace and the fabulous sea views.

Outside the villa:

Outside, the infinity swimming pool has an integral Jacuzzi section as well as a shallow area leading to steps for entry into the water.  A decked area features two double daybeds. Around the pool are a further 6 sun loungers with side tables and two parasols.

The al-fresco dining table seats 8 comfortably and a built in BBQ is also provided, together with a pergola beneath which you’ll find a sofa and two armchairs set around a coffee table; the perfect spot in which to relax and take in the fabulous views.

There is also an attractive mature garden at the rear of the villa.

Halfway up the steps from the street is the well-equipped air-conditioned gym complete with a wall mounted TV.  There are free weights, a weight bench, yoga mat, treadmill, cycle machine and arm curl chair for guests’ use.

• Cleaning and linen changes are on a weekly basis (ie - if staying for 2 weeks, there is a mid-stay clean and linen change provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• The villa has a security alarm system and external CCTV cameras
• The pool dimensions are approximately 11 metres x 3.5 metres x 1.65 metres deep
