Villa Old Town Arden (formerly known as Villa Sena) is a spacious detached villa in a very convenient location, about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan’s ‘old town’ and a few minutes more to the picturesque harbour.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has been furnished in contemporary style.
Despite its close proximity to the village centre, the property benefits from great views over Kalkan bay and the ‘old town’.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground Floor:
Spacious open plan living / dining area with satellite TV and DVD player. This leads out onto the pool terrace.
Well-equipped stylish kitchen with modern appliances, including dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine
First Floor:
2 bedrooms – one double bedroom plus one twin bedroom, each with en-suite facilities and a balcony.
Second Floor:
2 bedrooms – one double bedroom plus one twin bedroom, each with en-suite facilities and a balcony.
Top Floor:
1 twin bedroom with access to roof terrace with beautiful views over Kalkan’s old town and the sea beyond.
Outside the villa:
Terrace area with ample sunbeds and parasols plus a dining area and BBQ. The private freshwater pool has a separate Jacuzzi section.
Point to note:
- A welcome pack is provided on arrival
- Pool towels are provided for guests' use
- WiFi internet connection is provided
- Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, there is a mid-stay clean and linen change included. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
- The villa has a security alarm system
- The 5 minute walk to the heart of the old town is downhill all the way (the very popular 'Greek Street' is a 2 minute walk) - on the way back, there is a steep but short hill on the last part of the walk. There is another slightly longer route that can be taken to avoid this if necessary
- Next door to Villa Badem so ideal for larger parties

Prices are per villa per week. Maximum number of guests = 10.
