We are delighted to include this beautiful apartment within our portfolio of beautiful properties in the sought-after Komurluk area of Kalkan.

Formerly known as the Catherina Apartment, Athina Apartment is the middle apartment within the sought-after Harbour Heights development and overlooks the large infinity pool which is shared with just two other apartments within the block. 

The pool terrace has fabulous views out across the bay towards Mouse and Snake islands and the pool itself is a generous size with graduated steps at the shallow end. Plenty of poolside loungers are provided, together with a shared comfortable seating area from which guests can appreciate the stunning views.

The apartment is all on one level and includes a tastefully decorated and spacious open plan living and kitchen area. The living area has plenty of seating and a flat screen TV (this has HDMI ports). The well-equipped kitchen has a range of modern appliances including fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and microwave. A water cooler is also provided.

Sliding doors from the living area lead directly out onto a wide sea view balcony that's furnished with dining table and chairs and a seating set.

The master bedroom is light and airy with sliding doors to the front and side of the apartment. This bedroom has a double bed , en-suite shower room and views of the bay.

The second bedroom is a twin, also with an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has sliding doors out to the side of the property. 

The third bedroom is a double which has an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has sliding doors that lead out to the side of the property.

Zest Beach Club, with its restaurant and water-taxi service across to Kalkan harbour, is a short walk away. Palm and Denizim Beach Clubs are also within walking distance. The town beach and harbour area are an approximate 12 minute walk away.

• The apartment has a parking space beneath the block - there are steps up to the apartment from here which may prove difficult for anyone with mobility issues
