We are delighted to add apartment Zenato at Mavi Su House to our portfolio of luxury properties.

Located in one of the most sought-after and prestigious areas of Kalkan, Apartment Zenato has proved to be very popular with our most discerning guests.

Close to the Asfiya Sea View, Likya Residence and Regency Hotels, this luxurious duplex is in a convenient location just 5 minutes' walk from Kalkan's old town quarter. The harbour area and town beach are just a couple of minutes' further. No need for hire cars or taxi's here! There's even a small supermarket less than 300m away.

Zenato at Mavi Su House is a unique property with stunning sea views of Kalkan Bay and Snake and Mouse Islands beyond. It's a superb property with a number of social areas where guests can find peace and solitude.

Set out over two floors within a brand new and exclusive development of just four apartments, Apartment Zenato has been furnished to a very high standard in a contemporary style and provides comfortable and elegant accommodation for up to 6 guests. The level of space afforded at this apartment, compares to that of a 3-bedroom villa and it also has stunning sea views plus its own pool and spacious terrace area. 

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Entrance level (via private gate):

Open plan living and kitchen area with full-height sliding doors that open out onto the apartment's private pool terrace. These provide great sea views.

The kitchen features granite work surfaces, a breakfast bar and modern appliances including oven, hob and extractor, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A 'Nespresso' coffee machine is provided for your use, along with a water cooler / dispenser.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and flat-screen TV and Ipod docking station.

A double bedroom with adjacent shower room is also located on this level. This bedroom has a TV plus Ipod docking station and direct access to the pool terrace.

Lower floor:

On this level, there are two further bedrooms - a double with kingsize bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room plus a twin with en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms are light and airy and each has its own patio area furnished with table and chairs.

A utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board can also be found on this floor.

Outside the apartment:

The apartment has a spacious terrace with private pool and ample sunloungers and parasols. 

An al-fresco dining is provided to seat 6 guests and there is also a comfortable corner seating area with pergola which provides some shade when required.

The two bedrooms on the lower floor each have a separate patio area furnished with table and chairs.

Kalkan's old town quarter is a 5 minute walk away (on the flat). The harbour area and town beach are a couple of minutes' further walking distance. Car hire or taxi's are not necessary in this location.

Points to note:

• Zenato can be booked in conjunction with other apartments within Mavi Su House for larger parties that want to holiday together but who would like to retain their own space and privacy (see: Aqua, Luna and Topaz)
• WiFi internet access is provided
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• 'Nespresso' coffee machine is provided (5 capsules will be provided with the owner's compliments - please bring additional capsules if you require more than this)
• Water cooler/dispenser is provided
• Bath robes are provided for guests' use
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• A hair-dryer is provided in each bedroom
• The apartment is fully air-conditioned
• A safe is provided for guests' use
• A 'full' cleaning and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a 'full' mid-stay clean with linen + towel change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is a towel change mid-stay, but bed linen is not changed)
• The pool is tended to twice daily
• Pool heating is available during low season months - this must be pre-booked and extra costs may apply (please ask for details at the time of booking)
