Sunninghill Apartment is a modern, spacious and well-equipped 3-bedroom property set within the popular Elif development. 

 

One of the properties main attributes is its own large pool as well as an elevated second sun terrace, so there is plenty of outside space for a family or group of friends to enjoy. 

 

It is just a 12-15-minute walk to the Old Town and only a few minutes' walk away from the nearest supermarkets and restaurants.

 

The apartment is in the first block and access is via the lower ground floor level with views of the town and the spectacular Taurus mountains.

 

The apartment is set over two floors and is decorated in a contemporary style. 

 

Ground Floor:

 

The entrance door leads into the open plan living space with the well-equipped kitchen immediately on your left with a dining table that seats 6 guests comfortably. Within the kitchen is a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle and water cooler.

 

There is a large L-shaped sofa and an armchair spaced around a coffee table plus a Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

 

A washing machine can be found in the cupboard under the stairs for guests’ use.

 

Two bedrooms are also located on this level to the right of the entrance door. 

 

The double bedroom is at the front of the apartment with sliding doors that give access to the pool terrace. Within the room is a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and two bedside tables. 

 

There is a separate shower room with WC and basin which this bedroom shares with the twin room across the corridor.

 

The twin bedroom has a wardrobe and dressing table with stool. The window looks out on to the garden. Within the room is also an iron and ironing board for guests’ use.

 

First floor:

 

At the top of the stairs is the Master bedroom with an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Within the room is a wardrobe and a dressing table with a stool.  Sliding doors lead to the covered private balcony with two chairs in which to relax and take in the mountain views.

 

Outside the apartment:

 

The apartment features a large private pool with roman steps for entry into the water. There are 6 sun loungers with parasols spaced around the pool.

 

There is also a dining table with 6 wicker chairs under the pergola with a portable BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.

 

There is also an outside shower for guests’ use.

 

A stairway leads to the upper sun terrace with a seating area and a table tennis beneath a pergola for those guests who like to be a bit more energetic.  There is also a swing chair too and the metal gate at the end of the garden provides access to the road that leads down to the town.
