We are delighted to add The Ece Apartments to our portfolio in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan.

There are just two apartments that share a pool and each has a private balcony as well.  The Lures, Kalamar and the Kulube beach clubs are  a short walk away and there are restaurants and a supermarket close by. The Old Town is about a 25 minute walk or just a short taxi ride away. If walking, there are numerous cafes and restaurants en-route along the 'Kalamar Road'.

Ece Apartment 1 (Top floor):

This beautifully refurbished duplex apartment is accessed through a gate on street level and then a few steps up to the entrance door.

Once inside, the sleek modern kitchen to the left has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob with extractor fan, electric oven, sandwich toaster, coffee machine and kettle.

Down a couple of steps is the living room with an L-shaped sofa and coffee table, plus a Smart TV.  The dining table has 6 chairs and a glass door leads out on to the private covered balcony with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the views across Kalamar Bay.

On this level are two bedrooms that share a separate shower room. The twin bedroom has a wardrobe as well as an ironing board and iron for guests’ use. The double bedroom has a wardrobe with a dressing table and stool.

The Master bedroom is on the top floor under high eaves with an en-suite shower room.  Within the room are two armchairs and a side table as well as a wardrobe with dressing table and stool.  Sliding doors lead out to the roof terrace with panoramic views of Kalamar Bay.

On the roof terrace there is a dining table with 6 chairs and a built in BBQ for al fresco dining.  There are also two sun loungers with a parasol as well.

Ece Apartment 2 (Ground floor):

This property is accessed through a gate at street level and then down some steps to the entrance door.  

This beautifully refurbished apartment has a split-level open plan living space with a couple of steps down to the living room with two sofas and side tables. There is also a wall mounted TV and a dining table with 6 chairs. A glass door gives access to the private covered balcony with two chairs and a table (this is at the same level as the shared pool terrace).

The open archway leads to the sleek and well-equipped kitchen which has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob with extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Up a couple of steps are the three bedrooms which all share a family shower room with WC and basin. The twin room and double bedrooms both have wardrobes, and the Master bedroom has a chest of drawers with a mirror and an open wardrobe.

Shared Outside space:

Both properties share the freshwater pool with a ladder for access to access the water. There are 6 sun loungers with side tables and a parasol spaced around the pool, but more sun loungers are available if required.  There is also a swing seat and a comfy sofa set with coffee table too.  There are partial sea views and the privacy curtains can be drawn or closed as desired.

Points to note:

• Both apartments if available can be booked together for those that want to holiday together but who would like to retain their own space and privacy
• 10% discount is offered at the nearly 'House Kitchen' restaurant
• WiFi internet access is provided
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• The apartment is fully air-conditioned
• A 'full' cleaning and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a 'full' mid-stay clean with linen + towel change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is a towel change mid-stay, but bed linen is not changed)
• The pool and outside areas are tended to daily
