We are delighted to add this stylish 4-bedroom villa to our portfolio for the 2024 season.
Villa Kevic has been beautifully refurbished throughout, with monochrome themed interiors. Every bedroom has a private balcony with sea views and is only a few minutes’ walk to the harbour beach and all the vibrant roof top restaurants in the Old Town.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Once through the entrance door, the well-equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and water cooler. The marble topped dining table comfortably seats 8 guests on two benches.
The spacious living room has two large sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table in front of the marble fireplace with a wood burner for the colder months. There is also a large wall mounted Smart TV and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.
There is a cloakroom with WC and basin on this level too.
The marble stairs lead to a landing on the first floor with two comfortable armchairs and a small side table. All the rooms have been individually styled using the black and white theme that’s featured throughout the property.
The bedroom to the right is a twin with two bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers with a wall mounted mirror above, a wardrobe and a glass door leads out to the private balcony with lovely sea views. There is an en-suite shower room with WC and basin.
The other bedroom on this floor is a large double with two bedside tables and lamps, two chests of drawers, built in wardrobes, an armchair and a wall mounted full length mirror. There is an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Glass doors lead out to the two private balconies with great sea views.
On this floor are two further double bedrooms. To the right is a smaller of the two, with two bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers with a wall mounted mirror and a wardrobe. There’s a wash basin within the room with a shower on one side and a WC on the other accessed via opaque glass doors. A French door off the bedroom leads out to the private balcony with beautiful sea views.
The bedroom across the hallway is a larger double bedroom. Within the room are two bedside tables and lamps, two chests of drawers, built in wardrobes and an armchair. The en-suite shower room has a WC and basin. The room’s two private balconies have a glass door for access and lovely sea views.
Third floor / roof terrace:
The top floor has a kitchenette with basin, dishwasher, and drinks fridge as well as a separate cloak room with WC and basin. A glass door under the eaves leads out to the roof terrace which is furnished with a large marble dining table that seats 8 beneath a pergola. There is also a built-in fireplace. Panoramic views of Kalkan Bay and the islands can be enjoyed from this vantage point.
Outside the villa:
The freshwater pool is accessed by a ladder. Eight loungers with parasols are spaced around it.
There is also a dining table beneath a pergola that seats 8 guests plus a gas BBQ to enable your party to enjoy alfresco dining.
A comfy seating set by the pool provides the perfect setting from which to enjoy a coffee while taking in the sea views.
To the side of the villa is a small snooker table for guests to enjoy, as well as an outside shower.
The terraced gardens leading from the street below to the pool terrace have fruit trees which guests are welcome to pick when in season.
Points to note:
This property is only available for rent for a limited period (see price panel above for dates). The owner would prefer rentals from Saturday - Saturday, however, other arrival / depature days may be considered at owner's discretion.
Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 8).
