We are delighted to add the recently refurbished Villa Edenview to our portfolio, situated in a quiet street in the Kisla Bay area of Kalkan.  The decor is contemporary and stylish, with breathtaking views over Kalkan Bay, particularly from the villa's beautiful roof terrace.

The prestigious Mahal Beach club is within walking distance as is the Kalkan Park Beach Club, both offering the opportunity to take a water taxi over to Kalkan harbour.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor

The property is accessed up a few steps from the street to the pool terrace.  The entrance door, on the left side of the villa, opens into a hallway with a cloakroom and small utility cupboard by the stairs with a washing machine for guests' use.  There is also a water cooler in the hallway.

Sliding glass doors lead into the open plan living area with a large sitting room with two sofas and two arm chairs spaced around a coffee table.  There is a large Smart TV and a wood burner in the corner.

The well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer with integral ice machine, dishwasher, gas hob with extractor fan, built in microwave and electric oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. 

There is also a dining table seating 8 comfortably and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

First floor:

This level has  two double bedrooms; the Master has a super king double bed, wall mounted smart TV, dressing table with stool and wardrobe.  There is an en-suite bathroom with a free standing bath and separate shower.  Sliding doors access the private balcony with two chairs from to enjoy the sea views. 

The second double bedroom on this level has an en-suite shower, dressing table with stool and wardrobe.  Sliding doors access the private balcony with two chairs from which to enjoy the sea views.

Second floor:

This level has two bedrooms; the double bedroom has a wall mounted smart TV, dressing table with stool and wardrobe.  There is an en-suite shower room and sliding doors access the private balcony with two chairs.

The twin bedroom on this floor has a dressing table with stool, wardrobe and en-suite shower room.  Sliding doors lead to the private balcony with two chairs.

Again both bedrooms on this floor have fabulous sea views.

Third floor / roof terrace:

At the top of the stairs on the landing is a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and kettle for guests' use.

On the covered terrace is an L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table, plus two stools and a swing chair from which to enjoy the fabulous sea views. 

There is also a dining table with 8 chairs and a built in BBQ for al-fresco dining.

Outside the villa

The freshwater pool has integral steps with 6 sun loungers spaced around it, together with 4 parasols.  There are also two sofas and a dining table (seating 8 comfortably) beneath a pergola. 

The mature garden wraps around the back of the villa with an external shower for guests' use. 

There is also a portable BBQ provided for guests on this level too.

• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis - therefore, is staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
• The villa has dual English and Turkish sockets as well as USB port
• The villa has an alarm and CCTV
• This property is only available for rental in June, July and August
