Recently released onto the holiday rental market following extensive renovation, The Boat House is arguably one of the finest properties in the Kalkan area and boasts an interior of some 325 square metres. The villa also offers unparalleled views across Kalamar Bay towards Mouse + Snake Islands plus an impressive infinity pool with built-in Jacuzzi. 

The Boat House also has the advantage of being close to the popular Kalamar Beach Club which offers an array of watersports, scuba diving and excellent restaurant facilities.

The villa is accessed via a long private driveway to:

The main entrance door opens on to:

• Open plan fully fitted luxury kitchen, comprising central island, hob, char-grill, extractor, two ovens, microwave, wine chiller, icemaker, two adjacent fridge-freezers and dishwasher
• Dining room and spacious reception room with sea views surrounded by extensive travertine marble terracing. This reception area features floor to ceiling windows to make the most of the views and sliding doors lead out onto the terrace

• Double guest suite 1, with direct views over Kalamar Bay
• En-suite shower room with separate WC

Stairs lead up to:

• Master suite incorporating bedroom, bathroom, separate WC, shower, private reception / study and wrap-around terrace.
• Doors lead out onto a second extensive private sun terrace with panoramic sea views 

From the main hallway, stairs lead down to:

• Second fully fitted service kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher, hob, microwave, extractor

Additional information:

• The pool is serviced daily
• Pool heating is available on request and with advance booking - extra charges will be applied and these can be confirmed at time of booking
• A full clean and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (therefore, if your booking is for 2 weeks, you will have a full clean and linen change in the middle of your stay - if your booking is for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change, but it may be possible to organise one at additional cost if required and with sufficient notice)
• A welcome pack will be provided on arrival
• Hammam towels are provided for you to use by the pool
• WiFi internet access is provided
• Integrated sound system
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• The villa has a security alarm and CCTV
