We are delighted to add this stylish 5-bedroom villa to our portfolio for 2022 in the Kalamar Bay area.
This spacious property is only a short walk to the beach clubs in Kalamar Bay as well as the restaurants and supermarkets on the ‘Kalamar Road’.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
The double wooden entrance doors open into a hall with plenty of space to hang coats and store items in the cupboards which also contain an ironing board and iron for guests use. The hall leads into the spacious living area which is comfortably furnished with two large sofas and an armchair set around a large coffee table. There is also an IPTV that offers English channels.
The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a kitchen island with 2 bar stools and a dining table that seats 8 people.
Sliding doors from the kitchen and living area provide access to the pool terrace.
This level also has a cloakroom where the washing machine is situated.
First floor:
This floor is dedicated to three very spacious bedrooms. The first double room to the right, has a high wooden circular ceiling plus an ensuite shower room. Sliding doors provide access to the large wrap-around balcony. This is furnished with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the sea views across Kalamar Bay.
The middle room is a twin with en-suite shower room and sliding doors to access the shared balcony.
The master bedroom on this floor is light and airy with a dressing area and a large en-suite shower room. There is also an armchair and ottoman on which to relax. Sliding doors access the shared balcony with a further two chairs and a coffee table.
All the bedrooms have a dressing table with chair and wardrobes.
Second floor:
The top of the staircase up to the second floor leads directly into another twin bedroom which has sliding doors to access the roof terrace. *This room is probably best suited to children or teenagers as a further double bedroom leads off this twin (although there is a door to the double bedroom for privacy). These two bedrooms share a shower room.
Sliding doors from both bedrooms lead to the roof terrace which offers spectacular views across Kalamar Bay towards Snake and Mouse Islands. There is a bar with sink and drinks fridge provided, as well as four chairs set around a coffee table. In addition, a large built-in day bed with comfy cushions, provides the perfect spot from which to enjoy the views and maybe a sun downer before heading into town for dinner.
Outside the villa:
The villa is accessed through iron gates from the road and a path leads to the front door through mature gardens that is home to tortoises. The generously-sized pool terrace has 8 sun loungers and 3 parasols set around the kidney shaped pool which has integral steps for access. The pool can be heated during the low season months (extra costs apply - please see below for details).
There is a dining table with 8 chairs beneath a pergola for al-fresco dining and a stone-built BBQ is also provided. A comfortable sofa set with coffee table can be found under the palm tree.
To the side of the villa is an elevated area with ottoman seating and table tennis for those guests who feel energetic.
A poolside shower and rotary dryer for guests’ use can also be found at the side of the villa.
Points to note:
Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests = 8-10). *Please see notes above regarding the two bedrooms on the top floor.
