Situated in an elevated position in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan with stunning, panoramic sea views looking out over Snake and Mouse Islands sits Villa Royal Merchant.

This 5-bedroom villa has a spacious outdoor area complete with a private infinity pool, garden and shaded al-fresco dining area, perfect for larger family or friend groups. Villa Royal Merchant benefits from two Jacuzzi baths, an outdoor gym area, a pool table and an indoor bar.

The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and arranged over four floors as follows:

Lower ground floor:

The lower ground floor consists of an open plan living area with comfortable seating, a pool table and bar, as well as access to an outdoor gym.

Two bedrooms are also located on this floor:

Bedroom 1 - double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony with seating and en-suite facilities.

Bedroom 2 – twin beds (can be converted into a double bed if required), wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite facilities.

Ground floor:

The ground floor hosts the modern, fully equipped kitchen as well as the main living room and dining area, all beautifully furnished for a luxurious stay. The dining area seats 10 people and the kitchen includes a range of appliances including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. Large, glass sliding doors open out onto to the pool terrace.

First floor:

The first floor has two en-suite bedrooms, each with a balcony and the larger bedroom also has a Jacuzzi.

Bedroom 3 - double bed, dressing table, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, Jacuzzi, balcony and en-suite facilities.

Bedroom 4 - double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, dressing table, bedside table, balcony and en-suite facilities.

Second floor:

Bedroom 5 - the top floor consists of a large bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sun loungers, seating and a Jacuzzi. The balcony has great sea views, making this the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day and watch the sunset.

Outside the villa:

The villa has a spacious pool terrace with outside seating, a shaded dining area (to seat 10 people) and a BBQ area. The infinity edged pool is approximately 10 metres x 4.9 metres x 1.55 metres deep. An outside shower is also provided.

Plenty of poolside loungers are provided.

• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is included. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
