Villa Hillside is a 3-bedroom detached villa stunning views in the Kisla Bay district of Kalkan, just a few minutes’ walk to a number of beach clubs and a few minutes’ drive to the centre of Kalkan town.

All of the villa’s 3 bedrooms offer en-suite facilities and air-conditioning is provided throughout.

Panoramic sea views can be enjoyed from all aspects of the villa.

Living area and kitchen:

Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Double French windows look out to the garden, pool and terrace area.

The kitchen is well-equipped and fully fitted with electric oven , hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The dining table seats 6 people.

The living area has a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV.

A utility room / cloak room, with washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airier and WC is also provided on this floor.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – A double B=bedroom with an en-suite facilities. Sea view balcony with table and chairs.

Bedroom 2 – A twin bedroom with en-suite facilities. Sea view balcony with table and chairs.

Bedroom 3 – A twin Bedroom with en-suite facilities. Sea view balcony with table and chairs.

The twin bedrooms can be configured as double bedrooms if preferred.

Outside the villa:

The large infinity pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace on which are sun-loungers and parasols. A BBQ is also provided, together with a shaded dining area to seat 6 people.

The pool dimensions are approximately 9 metres x 3.5 metres x 1.50 metres deep.

Points to note:

• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided - ie, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
