We are delighted to add this three bedroom villa situated in Kisla offering wonderful sea views.
The living space is light and airy with beautiful terraced gardens offering plenty of space for a family or group of friends.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
The living area is accessed through the entrance hall. There is a cloak room with WC and hand basin for guests’ use and then a couple of steps lead down to the living room. There are two sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table plus a smart TV. Sliding doors lead to a covered semi-circular balcony with a comfortable seating set from which to relax and enjoy the incredible views of the bay.
There is a dining table with 6 chairs next to the galley styled kitchen. Within the kitchen is a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, built in microwave, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, coffee machine, water cooler, kettle and toaster.
First floor:
There are two double bedrooms on this floor. At the top of the stairs is the first double bedroom with en-suite shower room. This lavender themed room can also be configured as a twin on request. Within the room, is a dressing table with stool, a chest of drawers, an armchair and built in wardrobes. There is a Juliette balcony at the front of the room, as well as a picture window and sliding doors lead out to the shared covered balcony with a table and two chairs from which to enjoy the views of the bay.
The second bedroom on this level is a smaller double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The turquoise themed bedroom also has a treadmill within the room as well as built in wardrobes and a dressing table with stool. A glass door leads out to the shared balcony and to the side of the room is also a Juliette balcony with spectacular sea views.
Second floor:
The master bedroom is under high eaves on this floor with an en suite shower room. This gold themed room has a dressing table with stool, a chest of drawers, an armchair, a smart TV on a second chest of drawers and built in wardrobes.
There is also a kitchenette with a drinks’ fridge, sink, microwave, kettle and water cooler.
Sliding doors from the bedroom lead out onto the semi-circular part of the roof terrace which is furnished with a table and two chairs. The other side of the roof terrace is accessed via sliding doors from the kitchenette area of the room. This is furnished with sun loungers to enable some relaxation while taking in the panoramic sea views.
Outside the villa:
The freshwater pool has a ladder for access and is surrounded by 8 sun loungers. There is also an poolside shower and steps lead up to the terrace by the villa with outside dining table beneath a pergola with a BBQ for alfresco dining.
Under the pergola by the pool is a swing chair and a table with chairs.
There is also table tennis underneath the veranda by the pool with a further seating area.
A grassed area can be found a few steps down from the pool terrace. Within the fruit trees is a hidden wooden pergola with a sofa set in which to relax and take in the views.
These steps also lead to a lower terrace with two sun loungers and a sofa, so there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy this spacious terraced garden.
The villa is a 25-minute walk to the old town, but the nearby beach clubs offer water taxis to the harbour throughout the day. There is a mini-market just round the corner from the villa too.
