We are delighted to add Villa Kulla to our portfolio for the 2025 season.
This property is a 4-bedroom villa in a peaceful location above the Old Town, so only a short walk to the restaurants and bars with a supermarket nearby as well.
This property is full of character and has been thoughtfully furnished with antique and bespoke pieces that enhance the rooms and hallways.
The villa would suit families or a group of friends and has wonderful sea views from the balconies and roof terrace.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
Access is through a metal gate and the entrance door opens into an open plan living area with a sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table. The TV has Netflix (via your own account) and sliding doors open out onto the pool terrace.
The well-equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and water cooler.
There is also a dining table within the kitchen area that seats 6 comfortably.
A cloakroom/WC for guests’ use can also be found on this floor and there’s a washing machine under the stairs too.
First floor:
This level has two twin bedrooms; the twin room to the left has an en-suite shower room and within the room is a wardrobe and free-standing mirror. Sliding doors lead out on to the shared balcony which is furnished with a sun lounger and two chairs with a table to enjoy the views.
Next door is the second twin room with a shower room with WC and basin across the landing for guests using this bedroom. Within the room is a wardrobe and a bedside table. There is a glass door leading to the shared balcony and a second glass door opens onto a Juliette balcony with town views.
Second floor:
The Master bedroom occupies this whole floor with an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. This suite has a living room area with two armchairs and a dressing table with stool. Within the room
is a wardrobe and two bedside tables and a free-standing mirror. Sliding doors lead to the balcony with a sun lounger and a table with two chairs to enjoy the views across the bay to the islands.
Third floor / roof terrace:
At the top of the stairs, under low wooden eaves, is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower with WC and basin as well as a bath within the room. There are also two armchairs with a chest of drawers with a vanity mirror. There are half wardrobes and a fridge for drinks to enjoy on the roof terrace.
Please note, as this room is built into the eaves with a very low ceiling, it’s not suitable for tall guests.
A glass door leads out onto the roof terrace with a seating set with a coffee table under a pergola as well as a table with two chairs - the perfect spot in which to relax and take in the panoramic views of the town below and the bay beyond.
Outside the villa:
The saltwater pool has a ladder to access the water. Spaced around the pool are 6 sun loungers with 3 parasols.
The pool can be heated in the low season months at an additional cost (please ask for pricing at the time of booking).
There is also a dining table with six chairs as well as a BBQ for guests to enjoy al-fresco dining.
For those guests who like to be a bit more active, there is also table tennis to the side of the villa.
Points to note:
Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 8).
