Villa Hera is a contemporary 5 bedroom villa with a private infinity pool, located on Kisla Bay, only 450m from the sea front. Villa Hera’s prime elevated position affords panoramic sea views from every angle across Kalkan Bay towards the harbour.

Featuring modern open plan living, décor and appliances, Villa Hera has marble surfaces and the bedrooms are bright and spacious, with floor to ceiling windows opening to balconies/French balconies. The villa’s bathrooms (4 of which are en-suite) are spacious with walk in showers.

Villa Hera is perfectly situated in a tranquil part of Kalkan and is just a 5 minute walk to Kalkan Beach Club with its restaurant, water slide/sports and water taxi, a 7 minute walk to the world-renowned Hotel Villa Mahal and its stunning beach club and a 5 minute drive or water taxi to Kalkan’s picturesque Old Town. There are also some very popular restaurants, including The Castle and Fidanka, within a 5 minute walk of the villa.

First floor:

Double bedroom; en-suite bathroom with shower. Access to balcony with a beautiful sea and mountain view.

Twin bedroom with large adjacent bathroom with shower, with sea view. Limited ceiling height in some areas as this bedroom is built into the eaves.

Large roof terrace (furnished with three sun-loungers) offering spectacular views across Kalkan and the Mediterranean. 
 

Outside the villa:

Grassed garden area to the side of the pool terrace, which is furnished with two sun-loungers. The pool terrace is furnished with five sun-loungers plus a dining table and chairs. The infinity-edged pool is approximately 6.75 metres x 3 metres x 1.65 metres deep. To the rear of the villa is a further shaded al-fresco dining area including a portable BBQ.

• The villa is fully air-conditioned 
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are included (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for one week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change). Additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged at extra cost
