We are delighted to add this new 3-bedroom villa to our portfolio.

Located just above the Kalamar Road, it offers a tranquil setting with an olive grove on one side of the property, while only being a short walk into town.

This unique property offers sea views across the roof tops as well as plenty of space for a family or group of friends holidaying together.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor / entrance level:

The villa is accessed down some steps through a gate from the street above and has off street parking available.

The entrance door leads into the open plan living area which offers modern decor with floor to ceiling glass windows to make the most of the views.  

The sleek kitchen has a large breakfast bar with 6 bar chairs as well as a gas hob with extractor fan above. This fully equipped kitchen also has a large fridge-freezer, built-in microwave and electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and sandwich toaster.

In the spacious living room are two sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table plus a Smart TV offering English channels.

Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

There is also a cloakroom by the front door with a WC and basin as well as a washing machine for guests’ use.

First floor:

This floor has two bedrooms on either side of the mezzanine landing.  

The Master bedroom has a bath within the room, a dressing table and stool, built-in wardrobes and an armchair plus a side table.  The en-suite shower room has a WC and basin. When you pull back the curtains, sliding doors lead out to a private balcony with two chairs from which to enjoy the views across the olive grove towards the mountains and the sea.

The twin bedroom on this level can be made into a double on request. Within the room is a dressing table with stool and built in wardrobes as well as an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Sliding doors lead out to a private balcony with partial sea views.

Lower ground floor:

The stairs lead straight into the games room with a pool table and a comfy sofa plus a large Smart TV as well as a PlayStation 5. Also on this level is a sauna and a separate shower room with WC and basin.

A glass door leads into the indoor pool area. The pool has steps for access to the water and an integral Jacuzzi.  The windows look out over the olive grove towards the sea and there is a deck-chair in which to relax by the pool. Please note, this pool cannot be heated.

Also on this level is the villa’s third bedroom - a spacious double room with a dressing table and stool, built-in wardrobe and armchair plus a side table. There is also an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. The picture window looks across the indoor pool towards the olive grove and sea beyond.

Outside the villa:

The freshwater infinity pool has an integral shallow area in which are two submerged sun loungers. There are a further 4 sun loungers with two automatic awnings alongside the pool.  At the far end of the pool is a cushioned bench and a shower for guests’ use. 

To the side of the villa beneath a pergola, is a comfortable seating area with a sofa, two armchairs and two stools spaced around a coffee table. Behind this is a dining table with 6 chairs and a built in BBQ with sink to enable your party to enjoy al fresco dining.

There is also a swing seat provided - the perfect place to relax with a book or just enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

• Hairdryers are provided in each bedroom
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided)
