We can provide you with all manner of hints & tips prior to your arrival to help you get the most out of your visit to the Turquoise coast. And when you arrive in Turkey, our resort staff are on hand in case you need any assistance or advice. 

If required, our friendly and efficient local representative, Zal or one of her colleagues, will visit you the morning after your arrival to welcome you to Kalkan and she will also be available on the phone (via WhatsApp) throughout your stay.

Because we have owned and rented properties in Kalkan since 2002, we have a very personal and in-depth knowledge of this region of Turkey. This saves you valuable time as you can avoid trawling though the 1000's of properties listed on the rental accommodation portals that may also charge you a substantial booking fee when you make a reservation though them.

• Our pricing is uncomplicated and transparent - there are no hidden extras or booking fees. We also have agreements with our owners to ensure that the rates we charge are the same as those charged directly by the owner (or on any other agency's website).

• We do not apply surcharges for payments made by credit or debit card (provided the card used is registered in the UK and is not a commercial debit / credit card).

• We provide recommendations and assistance (if required) concerning extras such as transfers, car hire, tours and excursions, boat trips, shopping deliveries, babysitting services, in-house catering and special requests.

• We provide a wealth of useful information (specific to Kalkan and its surrounding areas) ahead of your arrival to enable you to plan ahead and get the most out of your stay.

• Once in Kalkan, you will be issued with an Olive Tree Travel VIP card, which enables you to receive discounts at selected restaurants, cafes and retail outlets throughout Kalkan.
