We are delighted to add The Olive House to our portfolio with its superbly designed rooms and six exceptionally large en-suite bedrooms for the 2025 season.
Built in 2023 on a substantial plot, the villa combines quality with beautiful design throughout the whole property, together with fabulous outdoor spaces with some of the best sea vistas in Kalkan.
The villa is in a peaceful and elevated location above Kalamar Bay and is close to the popular beach clubs, Kalamar, Kulube, and Lures. It is about a 25-minute walk to Kalkan's town centre or a short taxi ride away.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
The villa is accessed via a gate at street level and at the top of the steps, the main entrance door can be found at the rear of the villa.
Upon entering, the generous open plan living area offers exceptional views of Kalamar Bay. There is a large L-shaped sofa and armchair spaced around a coffee table plus a Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to the spacious pool terrace. There is also a sound system (compatible with Bluetooth or Airplay devices) with both internal and outdoor speakers.
The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and the well-equipped kitchen has an electric hob with extractor fan, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built in oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and water cooler.
A guest WC is located on this level.
Also on this floor, is the first of the villa’s double bedrooms. This bedroom has a large en-suite shower room with twin basins, plus a picture window in the shower with integral blinds for privacy. Within the bedroom itself, is a dressing table with stool and a walk-in wardrobe. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace with views of Kalamar Bay.
First floor:
There are three further bedrooms on this level. The bedroom to the right has a 'floating' double bed with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Within the room bedroom itself, is a dressing table with stool and sliding doors lead out to the wrap-around balcony. This is furnished with two chairs and a small side table from which to enjoy the superb sea and mountain views.
The middle bedroom is a double with en-suite shower room. Within the bedroom itself, is a fitted wardrobe and a dressing table with stool. Sliding doors lead out to the shared balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a small side table to enable guests to take in the wonderful views.
The third bedroom is a double that can be made into a twin on request. There is a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. Within the bedroom itself, is a dressing table with stool and sliding doors give access to the shared balcony with two chairs and a side table - again with great sea views.
Second floor / roof terrace:
The top floor double bedroom is set beneath high eaves with an oval 'stand-alone' bathtub within the room. There is also a separate shower with WC and basin through opaque glass doors, together with a walk-in wardrobe with a dressing table and stool. Sliding doors lead out onto the roof terrace which has panoramic views out towards Snake and Mouse islands.
The roof terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating set plus a swing seat and is the perfect place to enjoy a sun downer before heading off into town for dinner.
Annexe room:
Halfway up the steps that lead to the pool terrace is the sixth bedroom - a twin bedroom that can be made into a double on request. Within the room is a fitted wardrobe and a dressing table with stool. There is a large en-suite shower room and sliding doors lead to this bedroom’s own private balcony with two chairs and a side table with sea views. As this bedroom is separately-accessed from the main part of the house, it's not suitable for young unaccompanied children, but it’s ideal for teenagers!
Outside the villa:
To the side of the villa is a bar with 4 bar chairs and a separate utility room with a drink’s fridge, ice machine, iron and ironing board, plus clothes airer for guests’ use.
Table tennis is also provided for those guests who like to be a bit more energetic.
Beneath the covered pergola is a built-in sofa with cushions, plus a built-in circular coffee table. There is also a large dining table with 12 chairs and a built-in BBQ to enable guests to enjoy al-fresco dining. There is an outside kitchen with a wine fridge and preparation area with sink too.
The infinity pool at the front of the villa has a shallow area ideal for a sun lounger, or for young children. Steps lead into the deeper part of the pool. There is also a separate Jacuzzi pool too.
There are 10 sun loungers with three large cantilevered parasols spaced around the pool, plus two double day beds on which to relax and take in the views.
In addition, there’s a comfortable seating set with sofa and two chairs plus a coffee table and another double swing seat - so plenty of space for everyone in your party to enjoy the villa and its beautiful surroundings.
Points to note:
Prices are per villa per week (not per person). Maximum number of guests = 12.
