Villa Caretta is in a convenient and central location, just 5 – 8 minutes’ walk to the centre of Kalkan town.

The villa is set out over three floors with three bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, and a raised covered terrace area overlooking the private pool.

The terraced garden is spacious, surrounded with mature trees, with a canopied seating area.

While it lacks sea views at the pool level, the villa more than makes this up in terms of space and character and is ideal for a mid-sized family who want to chill out and walk easily into the centre of the old town. No car is required, as everything is within easy reach.

Villa Caretta’s roof terrace has panoramic views over Kalkan Bay, and of the surrounding mountains; the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner while taking in the views.  

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Open plan lounge area with comfortable seating and flat screen TV. The courtyard garden is accessed from the lounge area.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a range of appliances such as oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.  A dining table to seat 6 guests is provided, as is access to the courtyard garden.

A guest cloak room with shower and WC can also be found on this floor.

First floor:

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower, balcony with views over pool and garden.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, balcony with views over pool and garden.

Second floor:

Bedroom 3: Bedroom with double size bed (please note, that as this bedroom is built into the eaves, the ceiling height is limited in some areas.

Bathroom: With WC and basin.

Access to roof terrace.

Roof terrace:

This terrace is furished with a dining table + 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Panoramic views of Kalkan Bay and the surrounding mountains can be enjoyed from this level.

Outside the villa:

Courtyard style garden with mature trees and shrubs. Comfortable seating. Spacious pool terrace with swimming pool and ladder for access. Raised platform furnished with sun loungers. Alfresco dining to seat 4. BBQ.

Points to note:

• WiFi is provided
• Airconditioning is provided
• Swimming pool is approximately – 7 metres x 3.5 metres x 1.5 metres deep
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• One key is provided on arrival (if the key is lost, a charge will be applied to replace it)
• As the terrace and gardens are built over several levels, the outside space may not be suitable for small children (we would recommend that children are aged 12 and above)
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 6).
