We are very happy to add Mar Azul apartment to our portfolio for the 2024 season.
Mar Azul is in a highly favoured and convenient location, close to the Asfiya Sea View, Likya Residence and Regency Hotels, just a 5-minute walk to Kalkan's old town (predominantly on the flat).
The harbour area and town beach are just a couple of minutes' further on, so no need to hire a car although there is plenty of on-street parking if you do. There are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby too.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor entrance level:
The apartment is accessed down a flight of steps through a communal gate at street level. Upon opening the entrance door, a small hallway leads to an open plan living area with 2 full height sliding patio doors that open out onto the apartment's private pool terrace.
The L-shaped kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and extractor fan, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and water cooler. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs.
The living room has a sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table plus a TV and music system.
Also located on this level is a double bedroom at the rear of the apartment with an en-suite shower room. Within the room is a large wardrobe and on one side is a washing machine for guests’ use. There are integral bedside tables, a chest of drawers with a wall mounted mirror and a small sofa. Sliding doors lead out to the garden and pool terrace.
By the stairs is also a guest cloakroom with a WC and basin.
First floor:
On this level, the stairs lead straight into the Master bedroom with a king-size bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, WC and basin. Within the room are two wardrobes, a chair and chest of drawers with a wall mounted mirror. Sliding doors lead to the private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table - the perfect place from which to enjoy a sun downer with views of the sea beyond.
There is also a small single bedroom accessed through a door from the Master bedroom with a bedside table and chair - ideal for a child.
Outside the apartment:
The apartment has a spacious terrace with a private pool accessed by a ladder. There are 4 sun loungers on the wooden decking surrounding the pool with side tables and a parasol.
Under the covered veranda are also two chairs with a small side table. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs to the side of the apartment beneath the plant covered pergola, plus a portable BBQ for al-fresco dining.
