The Iskele apartments are a very popular addition to our portfolio in a prestigious and convenient location just a short stroll away from the centre of Kalkan.

There are 4 apartments within the block; each is set over two floors and each has its own pool.

The two apartments on the two lower floors of the building (Iskele 1 and 2) have three bedrooms each (two doubles and a twin), open plan living, kitchen and dining area, plus a terrace with good sized pool.

The two apartments on the two upper floors (Iskele 3 and 4) have two bedrooms (a double and a twin), open plan attic-style living, kitchen and dining area, plus a roof terrace with plunge pool and amazing sea views.

The centre of Kalkan town is an approximate 7-8 minute walk away and the popular Asfiya Sea View Hotel is located close by, as is the Likya Residence Hotel with its excellent spa facilities.

Points to note:

• Wifi internet access is provided for guests’ use
• Each apartment has a flat-screen TV
• The apartments are fully air-conditioned
• A BBQ is provided in apartments 1 + 2
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• Apartments 3 + 4 are not suitable for small children
