Gemina Apartment is a modern, spacious 3-bedroom property within the popular Elif development. One of the properties main attributes is its own large pool and sun terrace for sole use. It is also conveniently situated, being just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and only a few minutes' walk away from the nearest supermarkets and restaurants.

The apartment is in the first block at ground level and being at the front, benefits from being surrounded by olive groves and the spectacular Taurus mountains.

The apartment is set over one floor with just a few steps for access and is decorated in a contemporary style. It offers plenty of space for families or friends holidaying together.

Ground Floor:

The entrance door leads into the open plan living space with a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. There is a large L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table plus a Smart TV allowing guests to log into their Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney Plus accounts. Sliding doors lead out to the balcony which is furnished with two comfy chairs and a side table – the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the mountain views.

The well-equipped kitchen is accessed up three steps from the living area. It includes a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle and water cooler.

The apartment's three bedrooms are located just beyond the kitchen and there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board situated an alcove off the corridor for guests’ use.

The Master bedroom is at the end of the corridor down a few steps to the left. Within the room is a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Sliding doors from this bedroom lead to a covered garden view balcony furnished with two chairs and a side table.

The second double bedroom across the corridor, has a wardrobe and dressing table with mirror and stool. The window looks out on to the garden. The twin room further down the corridor also has a wardrobe and dressing table with stool as well as open built-in shelves. Both these bedrooms share the separate shower room with WC and basin.

Outside the apartment:

The apartment features a large private pool with roman steps for entry into the water. There are 6 sun loungers with parasols spaced around the pool.

The terrace has lovely mountain views across the olive groves that surround the property. An al-fresco dining area seats 6 with a portable BBQ to enable your party to enjoy al-fresco dining.

• A 'full' clean and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (ie – if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
