Close to the Asfiya Sea View, Likya Residence and Regency Hotels, this luxurious duplex is in a convenient location just 5 minutes' walk from Kalkan's old town quarter. The harbour area and town beach are just a couple of minutes' further. No need for hire cars or taxi's here! There's even a small supermarket less than 300m away.

Topaz at Mavi Su House is a unique property with stunning sea views of Kalkan Bay and Snake and Mouse Islands beyond. It's a superb property with a fabulous rooftop pool and terrace from which to make the most of those fabulous views.

Set out over two floors within a brand new and exclusive development of just four apartments, Apartment Topaz has been furnished to a very high standard in a contemporary style and provides comfortable and elegant accommodation for up to 4 adult guests.  

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Entrance level:

Bedroom 1 - This spacious Master bedroom with King-size bed has a separate dressing area with full length mirror and plenty of wardrobe space, en-suite and private sea view balcony

Bedroom 2 - This bedroom has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, en-suite and private sea view balcony

Bathrobes and hairdryers in provided in each bedroom.

Upper floor:

Upstairs is the stylish open plan lounge and kitchen area with glass doors that lead out to the rooftop terrace providing panoramic views across the bay to Snake and Mouse Islands.

Topaz' is equipped with all mod-cons including a Nespresso Coffee Machine, a water dispenser/cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, extractor and fridge-freezer.

Wi-Fi and Satellite TV are also provided.

Outside the apartment:

Topaz has a stunning roof terrace complete with plunge pool (dimensions are approximately 2.40 metres x 4.00 metres x 0.90 metres deep).

The terrace is furnished with dining table to seat 4, ample loungers, reclining chairs and parasols and you can rest assured that peace and privacy reigns as these and the gorgeous pool are exclusively for your sole use.

The centre of Kalkan town is just a 5 minute stroll away.

Points to note:

• Please note that this apartment is suitable for adults only - children are not permitted
• Topaz can be booked in conjunction with other apartments within Mavi Su House for larger parties that want to holiday together but who would like to retain their own space and privacy (see: Aqua, Zenato and Luna)
• WiFi internet access is provided
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• 'Nespresso' coffee machine is provided (5 capsules will be provided with the owner's compliments - please bring additional capsules if you require more than this)
• Water cooler/dispenser is provided
• Bath robes are provided for guests' use
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• A hair-dryer is provided in each bedroom
• The apartment is fully air-conditioned
• A safe is provided for guests' use
• A 'full' cleaning and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a 'full' mid-stay clean with linen + towel change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is a towel change mid-stay, but bed linen is not changed)
• The pool is tended to twice daily

5% discount applicable for parties of 2 people for 2024 season.
