Villas Ozgen Uno and Ozgen Duo are two modern 4-bedroom properties located in the sought-after Ortaalan area of Kalkan, just above Kalamar Road.

Offering breathtaking views across Kalkan Bay, these villas are perfect for families or groups of friends, just a 12-minute walk from the town centre.

Both villas are tastefully furnished in a contemporary style, combining comfort and elegance with plenty of space to relax and enjoy.

Ozgen Uno is positioned above Ozgen Duo, with access via a gate and steps from the upper road. Ozgen Duo is accessed from the lower road, with steps leading up to its pool terrace. Both properties are identical in layout and feature the following accommodation:

Ground floor:

The entrance door leads into a spacious and light-filled open plan living area with two sofas and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table plus a Smart TV.

A dining table which seats 8 guests is set under the striking double height ceiling with dramatic light feature.  

The well-equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle.  There is also a small table with 4 chairs in the kitchen area.

Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

Beyond the kitchen is a hallway leading to the ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower with WC and basin. Within the room is a dressing table with stool and wardrobe. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

There is a cloakroom with WC and basin for guests’ use situated at the end of the hall.

First floor:

Two bedrooms are situated on this floor on either side of the mezzanine landing, on which are two comfy armchairs in which to relax and enjoy the views.

The Master bedroom to the right has an en-suite shower room is accessed via glass doors and this has Jacuzzi bath with WC and basin. Within the room behind the bed, is a dressing area with a dressing table with stool and a wardrobe with one mirrored door. Sliding doors lead out onto the private balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a side table, perfect for enjoying the sea views.

The second double bedroom on this floor to the left has an en-suite shower room accessed via opaque glass doors and this has a WC and basin. Within the room is a dressing table with stool and a wardrobe with one mirrored door. Sliding doors lead out onto a private balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a side table from which to enjoy the mountain and sea views.

Off the mezzanine landing is a utility room with an iron and ironing board for guests’ use.

Second floor:

At the top of the stairs to the right is a glass door leading out to the roof terrace which is furnished with a comfortable seating set, ideal for enjoying a sundowner while taking in the  panoramic views.

To the left is a double bedroom under high eaves with small wardrobe and dressing table with stool. Sliding doors lead to the roof terrace with two chairs and a side table to enjoy the views.  The en-suite shower room also has sliding doors out to the private roof terrace with its magnificent views.

Outside the villa:

The villa has an infinity-edged freshwater pool with steps leading into the water at one end and a shallow area with integral seating at the other. Spaced around the pool are 8 sun loungers with 3 parasols. 

There is also a dining table that seats 8 guests plus a built in BBQ to enable your party to enjoy alfresco dining.

A swing seat and a comfortable sofa set provide further spaces for relaxation, together with table tennis to the side of the property for those guests who feel more energetic.

• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• WiFi internet access is provided for guests' use
• A welcome pack is provided
• There is a hairdryer in each bedroom
• There is a travel cot and high-chair for guests use - please bring your own bedding for the cot
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided - therefore, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
