We are delighted to add the Asfiya Loft Apartments to our portfolio for the 2025 season.

 

Located on the Kalamar Road in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, behind Macro Centre and Migros Supermarket, the Asfiya Loft apartments comprise of 14 modern, loft style, 2-bedroom apartments on the site of the old Asfiya Hotel.

 

These modern, bright & airy well-equipped apartments are tastefully decorated and centre around a large communal pool as well as a smaller children's pool with plenty of sun loungers.

 

The complex has its own concierge service, plus guests who stay at the Asfiya Loft Apartments will also have the added bonus of free entry to the ever-popular Yali Beach Club and 10% discount at the beach club's restaurant. In addition, a 10% discount will apply at the Likya Hotel Restaurant and Spa and the MOC Cafe.

 

Just a short stroll to town, this complex is ideal for both families and groups of friends.

 

The accommodation includes a choice of 3 apartment types:

 

  • Garden Duplex Apartments with private pools (choice of 7)
  • Standard Mezzanine Apartments (choice of 3)
  • Penthouse Roof Terrace Duplex Apartments with outside Jacuzzi baths (choice of 4)

Garden Duplex Apartments

The 7 Garden Duplex Apartments with private pools are located across the ground and first floors and each has 2 en-suite bedrooms. In addition, each apartment has its own pool as well as access to the large communal pool.

 

The ground floor comprises of an open plan living area with a large sofa plus a coffee table and wall mounted Smart TV. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and sliding doors lead out to the private pool terrace with garden seating and two deck chairs. The kitchen is separate with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a cloakroom with WC and basin - some apartments have the washing machine with integral dryer within the cloakroom and some have this in a cupboard on the landing by the bedrooms. 

 

On the first floor there are 2 en-suite bedrooms; the double bedroom is at the front of the apartment with a balcony furnished with 2 chairs and side table. The twin room is at the rear of the apartment with a private balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a side table. 

 

Some twin rooms can be made into a double on request.

On the second floor and comprising of 2 bedrooms each, is a choice of 3 standard mezzanine apartments. Each apartment has an open plan living area with a large sofa, coffee table and wall mounted Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to a balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a side table. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs and the kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room next door. This shower room also houses a washing machine. 

 

Each apartment has access to the large communal pool.

Penthouse Apartments with Roof Terrace

The Penthouse Roof Terrace apartments are duplex apartments, each comprising of 2 en-suite bedrooms. There is a choice of 4 of these apartments on the complex. On entering each apartment, the twin bedroom is on the same level with an en-suite shower room. 

 

Stairs lead up to each apartment’s open plan living space with a large sofa, coffee table and wall mounted Smart TV.  A dining table seats 4 and the kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The double bedroom in each apartment has an en-suite shower room and sliding doors provide access the roof terrace. There is also a separate cloak room with WC, shower and a washing machine. 

 

Each penthouse apartment has the luxury of a private Jacuzzi bath on the roof terrace, perfect for those seeking a little more privacy, as well as access to the large communal pool. Under the pergola on the roof terrace is comfortable seating and two deck chairs from which to enjoy the views.
