Villa Buse is a newly renovated 6-bedroom detached villa offering great space inside and out and is an approximate 12-15 minutes'walk to the centre of the town.

The views are some of the best in Kalkan which the developer has made the most of by adding a large infinity pool, spacious sunbathing terraces, and large windows to capture the panoramic views.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and the bedroom balconies are large enough for breakfast or a nightcap whichever you prefer. 

Around the infinity pool are terraces large enough to accommodate 12 people comfortably, combining al-fresco dining under the shaded pergola with plenty of sunbeds. 

For the more active among you, the villa also has a pool table, and a Sauna and Hamam have been added for the 2024 season.

Lower ground floor:

This level is home to a games room / recreational area which includes table tennis, table football. Pool table and a cross trainer. Please note that this area is separately-accessed from the main part of the house.

Ground floor:

Open plan lounge with satellite TV (limited English-speaking channels). Doors lead out to the pool terrace.

Dining table to seat 10 guests.

Modern fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

A WC, sauna and hammam are also located on this level.

First floor:

Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room leading to good size sea view balcony.

Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea view balcony.

Further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and sea view balcony shared with twin bedroom.

Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and sea view balcony shared with double bedroom.

Second floor:

Large double bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing area, leading onto large shared sea view balcony.

Points to note:

• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• The villa has a safe for guests' use
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• If staying for 1 week, a mid-stay clean and towel change is provided. If staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean with linen and towel change is provided. A clean and towel change is also provided in the middle of the first week and in the middle of the second week.
• There are a number of steps leading up to the villa (approximately 35)
• Pool heating is available during low season - please book this in advance

Pool heating is available at an additional cost (please ask for price at the time of booking) - this needs to be pre-booked with at least 7 days' notice.
