Nar Evi is a beautiful new property located in a quiet residential road in Kalamar Bay.  The Villa enjoys stunning views across the bay and the islands beyond and is within a 5 minute walk to the sea. There are a number of cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk of the villa and the centre of Kalkan town lies an 20 minute walk away.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

On the entrance level is a light airy open plan living room and fully fitted kitchen.  Nar Evi has a coffee machine, with complimentary coffee capsules for arrival, after which coffee capsules can be purchased from the management company who look after the villa. Concertina doors open onto the terrace with outside seating and alfresco dining area.  

First floor:

On the first floor are two large en-suite bedrooms; one with a large double bed and the other with twin beds.   Both bedrooms have large balconies and breath-taking views.

Second floor:

On the second floor is the Master bedroom with en-suite and a large private terrace with fabulous uninterrupted sea views.

Outside the villa:

In addition to the previously mentioned al-fresco dining area, Nar Evi has a good-sized pool and terrace area which is furnished with ample loungers. A shaded comfortable seating area is also provided.

Points to note:

• The cleaning team will carry out a full mid-week clean and another at the end of each week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen weekly

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• The villa is equipped with a satellite TV, DVD player and large flat screen and has wireless internet connection and iPod docking station
• A welcome pack is not provided at this property, but we can arrange for shopping to be delivered ahead of your arrival if you supply us with a list at least a week ahead of your arrival date
• Daily bread delivery can be arranged if required
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• The villa has a CCTV security system
