We are pleased to add this delightful apartment that’s within the prestigious Azure Heights development overlooking Kalkan and Kalamar Bays. Azure Heights has been finished to a very high standard and this 2-bedroom apartment has breathtaking views and its own infinity-edged swimming pool.
The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style and stunning vistas can be enjoyed from all rooms.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Open plan kitchen and living area.
The kitchen is well-equipped with large fridge-freezer, oven, hob + extractor, microwave and breakfast bar with 4 stools.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, flat-screen TV + DVD player and direct access to the apartment’s pool terrace.
The master bedroom has a double bed, direct access to the pool terrace and an en-suite shower room.
The twin bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace. This bedroom has use of a shower room next door.
Outside the apartment:
The apartment has its own infinity-edged pool (for sole use of the occupants of this apartment). The pool terrace is spacious and furnished with dining table, 4 sun-loungers, comfortable seating plus small table + chairs.
The pool dimensions are approximately 7 metres x 4 metres (1.8 metres deep).
The views from the pool terrace include both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays with Mouse + Snake Islands in the distance.
Points to note:
- The apartment has complimentary WiFi connection
- A welcome pack is provided on arrival
- Pool towels and Hamman towels are provided for guests’ use
- The walk into the centre of the town will take 20-25 minutes. This is downhill all the way, therefore, a taxi back is advisable. These are easily available and reasonably priced
- Shopping deliveries can be arranged free of charge
- Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (ie - if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
- Can be booked in conjunction with Palmy Apartment (next door) for larger parties who want to holiday together but would like to retain their own privacy
