Villa CirCis is a spacious, 4 bedroom holiday villa which can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests). It's in an excellent location on a peaceful hillside, yet it's within 10-12 minutes walking distance of Kalkan’s Old Town. 

The villa has a large private swimming pool, spacious outdoor terraces plus a private roof terrace with breathtaking views.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

On the ground floor of the property there is an exceptionally spacious open plan living area.

The lounge area is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating, coffee table and entertainment unit with Smart TV and DVD player. Double patio doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

The lounge leads into the kitchen area which has been upgraded for the 2019 season – new images to follow. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential white goods (inlcuding dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and extractor) and there is also a dining table with seating for 6 guests.

Also on this floor, is the first of the villa's four bedrooms; a double which has use of a shower room / WC on this level.

A washing machine plus ironing board can be found beneath the stairs.

First floor:

Stairs lead up to the first floor of the property where there are two further bedrooms; a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a master bedroom with en-suite shower room. Each of these bedrooms has access out onto a large front facing sea view balcony.

Between these two bedrooms on the landing is a comfortable seating area which is an ideal for relaxing, reading or listening to music.

Second floor:

At the top of the villa there is a further, single bedroom with an adjacent shower room. As this bedroom is built into the eaves, the ceiling height is limited in some areas.

A door leads out onto the roof terrace from which there are lovely sea views.

Outside the villa:

Expansive terraces wrap all around the villa and there is a large, private swimming pool. The terraces are furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table with chairs. A gas BBQ is also provided. The views from the pool terrace out over the bay are beautiful and Mouse and Snake islands can be seen on the horizon.

Points to note:

• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided on arrival
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided, so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change included
• Wifi internet connection is provided
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
