Villa Aqua Marine enjoys a unique position in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan, occupying an unusually large plot and allowing extremely generous space both internally and externally. From each of its spacious terraces and balconies, you will be captivated by the uninterrupted magnificent views of Kalkan Bay and out to Snake and Mouse Islands. 

The villa is a 20-25 minute walk downhill to Kalkan Old Town and harbour area, or alternatively a 5 minute taxi or car ride (taxis in Kalkan are plentiful, come quickly and are very reasonably priced, meaning a hire car is not essential but off street parking is provided should you decide to hire a car). Owing to the villa’s elevated position, many guests enjoy the walk to town and take a taxi back after an evening in town.

Villa Aqua Marine is fully air-conditioned throughout and sleeps 12 in five double bedrooms plus one twin (or larger groups wishing to holiday together, there is also the option to book the 3-bedroom apartment directly below the villa extending the capacity to 18 guests and offering a sauna facility).

All bedrooms within the property have beautifully appointed en-suite marble and ceramic wet rooms. The living space throughout is a luxurious mix of modern and traditional furnishings spread over three levels.

As well as the al-fresco dining area on the terrace surrounding the villa’s main pool, the lower ground floor terrace accommodates further dining space, BBQ, ottoman seating, table tennis, hammock, more loungers, bar with sink, fridge and bar stools and importantly a beautiful jacuzzi.  There is no better place to enjoy a cocktail and watch a Kalkan renowned sunset!

There are three further terraces from which to enjoy the views; through French doors from the first floor landing and from bedroom 3 with soft seating and loungers. Villa Aqua Marine also has a stunning roof terrace with a further bar with sink, fridge and bar stools as well as a seating area and plenty of space which guests enjoy using for yoga and early morning exercise while taking in the vistas.

Ground floor:

Stone stairs from the road above lead down to Villa Aqua Marine’s entrance door, which opens into a spacious open plan living area housing a well-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob with extractor fan, large fridge freezer and microwave. There is also a breakfast bar with bar stools, and beyond that a lovely living area with comfortable sofas and chairs, DVD and stereo system and a wood burning fire to keep you cosy should you visit out of season. The living area merges directly into the beautiful indoor dining area with dining table and chairs and side table. The whole of this level has floor to ceiling windows or French doors opening onto the pool terrace and outside dining and seating areas.

There is a recess which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. 

Also situated on this level and accessed from the open plan area, is the ground floor bedroom with large double bed and French door opening onto the pool terrace.

Adjoining the house, but with its own separate access via French door to the pool terrace, is the stunning poolside bedroom which features a superking sized bed (as this room is separately-accessed from the main part of the house, it's not suitable for unaccompanied children).

First floor:

The first floor is accessed by a beautiful staircase adjacent to the ground floor recess. You arrive on a spacious landing with floor to ceiling windows and doors opening onto a terrace facing the beautiful views with soft seating.

The twin-bedded room on this floor has a sea view balcony with table and chairs.  There is also a large double-bedded room on this floor, which opens onto a generous terrace, again with fabulous views of the bay, loungers and soft seating.  The third room on this level also has a large double bed as well as an impressively large wet room with twin basins.   

Roof terrace:

The villa’s stunning roof terrace, which is accessed via a staircase from the first floor, offers a further bar area with fridge and sink unit as well as a comfortable shady cushioned area to sit and watch the sunset or star gaze.  

Lower level:

The lower level of the villa is accessed by a sweeping staircase from the al-fresco dining area on the ground floor terrace.  As well as being led onto the vast terrace with Jacuzzi, sunbathing area, further dining, BBQ, bar, table tennis and ottoman seating area, you will also find a games room with pool table. Next to the games room is the sixth bedroom suite with large double bed, beautiful shower enclosure, washbasin and separate WC.

Pool area:

The main pool terrace on the ground floor level accommodates plenty of comfortable loungers and parasols around the large pool as well as a soft seating and dining area with a canopy for shade and fan to provide relief from the heat while eating in the hot weather.

• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided)
• WiFi internet service is provided
• A safe is provided
• The villa has a security alarm system
• The villa is accessed by a number of descending steps – this may cause a problem for people with mobility problems
• Pool dimensions are approximately
