Villa Recep is a great addition to our portfolio, offering sophisticated interiors and breath-taking views across Kalamar Bay to the islands.
The villa has 4 en-suite bedrooms in the main villa and a separate double bedroom within the lower courtyard.
The accommodation is arranged as follows:
Lower ground floor (entrance level from the street):
The side street leading to the villa has a garage for one car and the property is accessed through a gate that opens into a courtyard with water feature and shrubs in pots.
On this level there is a self-contained double bedroom accessed through sliding doors, with en-suite shower room, dressing table and chair, wardrobes and a wall mounted TV. Stairs lead from the courtyard up to the pool terrace. Please note this room would not be suitable for unaccompanied young children as it’s separately-accessed from the main part of the house.
Ground floor:
The ground floor comprises of a large open plan living room with a large L-shaped sofa with coffee table and Smart TV. The dining table seats 10 comfortably within the kitchen area and has a kitchen island attached with gas hob and extractor fan. The sleek kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built in electric oven and microwave, kettle and toaster.
Sliding doors lead from the living area and dining area out to the pool terrace. There is also a sliding door under the stairs to give access to the rear garden.
A double bedroom can be found on this level with an en-suite shower room accessed through a dressing area with wardrobes. There is a dressing table and chair within the room and sliding doors provide direct access to the pool terrace.
First floor:
There are three bedrooms on this level, the first of which is a twin bedroom. Sliding doors lead to a shared balcony with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the panoramic sea views. This room also has an en-suite shower, wardrobes and a dressing table with a chair.
The double bedroom next door shares the balcony with this room through sliding doors. The wardrobes within the room have internal automatic lights when you open the doors. The en-suite bathroom is accessed through smoked glass doors with twin basins, a separate WC and a large Jacuzzi bath with a picture window plus separate shower. There is also a dressing table and chair with a wall mounted TV.
On the landing is a separate WC with basin and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, with ironing board, iron and airer for guests use.
The last bedroom at the end of the corridor is a double with sliding doors leading out to a private balcony with 2 chairs and a small table from which to enjoy the incredible sea views. The en-suite shower is accessed through a dressing area with wardrobes that again have internal lighting when the doors are opened. Within the bedroom is a dressing table and chair.
Outside the villa:
The spacious terrace wraps around the front and side of the villa with a narrower passageway to the rear with shrubbery. The infinity pool has a ladder at one end and an integral Jacuzzi and shallow platform at the other end (the pool is approximately 11 metres x 4 metres x 1.5 metres deep – pool heating can also be arranged at additional cost). There are 8 sun loungers with 4 parasols spaced around the pool.
At the side of the villa is a shaded dining table which comfortably seats 10 under. There is also a kitchenette with sink, fridge and built in BBQ to enable your party enjoy al-fresco dining. In addition, there is a large built in L-shaped sofa with cushions on which to relax and enjoy the views.
There is also a further sofa with two armchairs beneath an awning that can be operated remotely and will automatically open if it rains!
On the other side of the villa are steppingstones across the lush lawn planted with fruit trees to a decked Jacuzzi with two built-in day beds set beneath a pagoda.
There is also an external shower for guests use.
