Located in a prestigious position in the sought-after Komurluk area of Kalkan and offering stunning views across Kalkan bay towards the harbour, Villa Lumineux can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms.
There are two popular beach clubs within walking distance – Zest and Palm Beach Club, each offering access to the sea, excellent restaurant facilities and water taxi service across the bay to Kalkan harbour. The centre of Kalkan town lies a 12 - 15 minute walk away.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
The beautiful, large kitchen is well-equipped and the comfortable lounge has a flat-screen TV and DVD player. There is direct access out onto the pool terrace from this level.
A guest cloakroom is provided on this level.
First floor:
On this level, there are two double bedrooms with balconies and sea views. Both bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers.
Second floor:
On this level, there are four further bedrooms; 2 master doubles, each with dressing room and balcony, plus a twin room and a smaller double. The twin and double share a large balcony. Each of the bedrooms on this floor have en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers.
Third floor:
The 3rd floor is dedicated to the large and lavish penthouse suite. This huge room has a luxurious Jacuzzi bathtub and large en-suite shower room plus a spacious terrace with comfy table and chairs, and sun loungers on which to relax and take in the breath-taking views across the bay.
Outside the villa:
Outside you will find the stunning terrace and pool area. There are sun-loungers, parasols, plenty of outdoor seating and of course the beautiful infinity pool. A shaded al-fresco dining area is also provided, together with a poolside shower and a BBQ.
