We are delighted to add this beautiful apartment within our portfolio in the sought-after Komurluk district of Kalkan. Zest, Palm and Denizim Beach Clubs are a short walk away and these each have a water-taxi service across to Kalkan harbour. The old town with all its restaurants, shops and bars, is about a 12-15 minute walk away via a flat road, which is unusual for Kalkan!

Allegra Seven is part of a small complex of 6 apartments that share a large infinity pool and terrace which has sun loungers and parasols available, as well as a covered area with seating and a portable BBQ that guests are welcome to use. 

The pool terrace has fabulous views out across the bay towards Mouse and Snake islands and the pool itself has a shallow end with steps to access the water.

The accommodation within the apartment is all on one level and includes a tastefully decorated and spacious open plan living area. This is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa with coffee table and a flat screen TV (English-speaking channels are available). 

The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, gas hob with extractor fan, built in microwave and electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and water cooler.  There is also a large kitchen island with 4 stools as well as a small dining table with 2 chairs.

Sliding doors from the living area lead directly out onto the spacious balcony with incredible views across Kalkan Bay.  On the balcony, is a comfortable sofa with two armchairs spaced around a coffee table.  There is also a dining table with 4 chairs for al-fresco dining.

The master bedroom is light and airy with sliding doors leading out to the balcony. Within the room is a wardrobe, a dressing table with stool, a chest of drawers and an armchair.  This room has an en-suite shower room which also houses a washing machine, ironing board and iron for guests’ use.  A second door from the living area also provides access to this bathroom.

The second bedroom is a twin, but can be made into a double on request.  Within the room is a wardrobe with integral dressing table and stool and an en-suite shower room is also provided. This bedroom has sliding doors out on to the large balcony with its magnificent views over Kalkan Bay.

• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
• There are covered parking spaces available for the apartment complex (first come, first served basis, but there is plenty of street parking available if the covered spaces are full)
