We are delighted to add this beautifully refurbished two-bedroom town house to our portfolio which is right in the heart of Kalkan’s charismatic Old Town.

This property is only a very short walk to the surrounding restaurants and bars and the harbour below.

The villa has been beautifully refurbished to make the most of the space in what was once a traditional Greek-style old town house and a Jacuzzi bath will be added for the 2025 season on the roof terrace (images of this will be added to the gallery above as soon as possible).

The villa is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

Double doors from the street lead into the open plan living space with a large L-shaped built in sofa that can also be a pull-out double bed if required. There is also a coffee table plus a large Smart TV.

The modern kitchen area is just a few steps up from the living room. It is well-equipped with a fridge, electric oven, electric hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and water cooler. 

First floor: 

A wooden staircase leads up to two bedrooms; the single room has shelving by the generous sized bed and a wardrobe. Guests using this room have use of a shower room which is just across the hall.

The double bedroom on this level, has a dressing table with stool and a wardrobe plus an en-suite shower room. The bed in this room is actually x2 single beds strapped together - it can be made up as a double or as twin beds as preferred. A glass door from this bedroom leads out to the covered wooden balcony. 

Second floor / roof terrace:

An open wooden staircase leads up to the roof terrace. This level has a kitchenette with a fridge and sink plus an oval dining table with two chairs and a build in sofa with cushions. There is also a gas BBQ to enable guests to enjoy al fresco dining.

There is a further L-shaped built-in sofa with cushions beneath a pergola – the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the harbour and Kalkan Bay beyond.

• Beach towels are provided
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• A mid-stay clean and linen change is provided if your stay is for 10 nights or more (if your stay is less than this, no mid-stay clean and linen change is provided)
