Villa Dolluca is an attractive and well-presented detached property in a quiet and elevated position offering truly breathtaking views of picturesque Kalkan village and of the surrounding Taurus mountains.

The villa is 5 minutes' drive from Kalkan’s village centre and is within easy reach of the region’s many historical sites and areas of natural beauty.

Set over two floors, the villa can accommodate 4 – 6 guests (the 5th and 6th guests, if applicable, would be accommodated on additional beds added to the master bedroom or on the two single-sized sofa/day beds in the living area).

The owners use the villa as their winter home, so as a result, the property has been stylishly furnished with great attention to detail.

The ground floor has an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area and owing to the floor to ceiling windows, the property is flooded with natural light which adds to the spacious feel of the villa. The pool terrace is accessed by French doors from the dining area or from the living area.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each having access to a spacious balcony. This features a comfortable seating area with breathtaking views over Kalkan Bay out towards Mouse and Snake Islands, making it a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or a sundowner before heading out to dinner.

The villa has a good-sized pool and terrace area which has recently been extended to incorporate a decked platform with comfortable seating and stunning sea views. This also overlooks a well-establised garden, planted with lemon, orange and mandarin trees.

Also on the terrace is an al-fresco dining area plus a shaded gazebo which is the perfect spot to unwind and relax with a book and a glass of wine.

A stone-built BBQ is also located on the terrace.

Points to note:

• The villa is accessed by a number of descending steps – this may cause a problem for people with mobility problems
• Owing to the location of this villa, we would recommend car hire. Taxi’s are readily available if preferred
• Pool dimensions are approximately 7 metres x 4 metres and 1.5 metres deep. There are graduated steps at one end of the pool
• Welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
