New to our portfolio for 2021, Villa Blossom is a 3-bedroom semi-detached villa in a convenient location in Kalkan’s Ortaalan district.
The walk into Kalkan centre is approximately 10 – 12 minutes and a large supermarket is only 5 minutes’ walk away.
Villa Blossom has a good-sized private pool, a furnished roof terrace plus an additional dining terrace.
The property has been newly acquired by the current owners and has been beautifully refurbished over the winter (2020 – 2021).
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
First floor (entrance level):
The front door opens into the open plan living space. The living area is furnished with sofa, chairs, coffee table and wall-mounted TV. The modern kitchen area is well-appointed with fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and Bosch kettle and toaster.
A shower room / WC is also located on this floor.
Lower ground floor:
Stairs from the living area lead down to the lower ground floor and a large twin room (if required, the beds can be configured as a double). This room has an an-suite shower room with large walk-in shower. Sliding doors from the bedroom lead out onto a terrace that has views towards the sea through surrounding olive groves.
A cupboard beneath the stairs houses an iron and ironing board.
First floor:
There are two double bedrooms on this level – each of these have en-suite shower rooms and access to the sea view balcony that runs across the width of the property.
Stairs from this level lead up to the villa’s furnished roof terrace with far reaching sea and mountain views – further details on this can be seen below.
Outside the villa:
Villa Blossom benefits from having three terraces:
The pool terrace is accessed via sliding doors from the living area. This has a good-sized pool, plus poolside shower and is furnished with ample sun-loungers and parasols.
Steps from this terrace, lead down to a split-level terrace on the lower ground floor (which can also be accessed via the bedroom on the lower ground floor). This terrace has a dining table (to seat 6 guests) set beneath a mature olive tree which provides welcome shade.
The roof terrace is the third terrace area – this has great views and comfortable seating, plus two bespoke sun-loungers and is a perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner before heading into town for dinner.
Points to note:
Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 6).
