We are delighted to add newly refurbished Villa No 15 to our portfolio as it offers a great opportunity to rent a stunning villa in the well-maintained and prestigious Likya residential development, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Kalkan town.
The villa provides an ideal retreat for both couples and families offering a tranquil space while still being close to all the amenities that Kalkan has to offer.
The villa has its own pool and it is also possible to use the Likya Estate's large communal pool for a weekly fee.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
The property can be accessed through two gates, but the entrance door is located at the rear of the villa through the mature walled garden.
Once inside the property, the open plan living area is split into two levels down a couple of steps. To the right is the first of 5 bedrooms, a double with views of the garden. Within the room is a dressing table and stool and built in mirrored wardrobe. Just next door is a bathroom with large bath and integral shower, plus a WC and basin.
On this level, a utility room can also be found, with a washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board. This is where you will also find beach towels for when you visit the beach clubs, or if using the communal pool.
At this level is also an L-shaped breakfast bar with 3 bar chairs and by the stairs is the study with a sofa and desk with chair.
Down a couple of steps are two large leather sofas with a coffee table offering plenty of room in which to relax. There is a wall mounted Smart TV and sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace. There are also ceiling fans available for those who prefer these to air-conditioning.
The well-equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer with integral ice machine and water dispenser. There is also a dishwasher, built in electric oven and microwave, electric hob with extractor fan, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother (please bring your own coffee capsules, although these can also be purchased in some supermarkets within Kalkan). Within the kitchen is another breakfast bar with 4 bar chairs.
First floor:
At the top of the stairs is the first twin bedroom at the rear of villa with a chair and built in mirrored wardrobe. This room has views of the mountains from the window. Next door is a shower room with WC and basin.
On the landing is a sofa with a bookshelf above - a peaceful space to relax with a good book.
The master bedroom is at the front of the villa with two corner windows offering fabulous views of the mountains and towards Kalkan Harbour. Within the room is a small sofa, dressing table with chair and a make-up mirror, another small chair and a built-in mirrored wardrobe. The en-suite shower room has a WC and twin basins. Sliding doors from the bedroom lead to the covered balcony that runs the width of the villa, offering mountain and sea views.
The bedroom next door is also a double with an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Within the room is an armchair, a small chair, a mirrored built-in wardrobe and a dressing table with chair. Sliding doors lead to the shared balcony with two chairs from which to enjoy the views.
The last bedroom is a second twin at the rear of the villa with a dressing table and stool, a built-in mirrored wardrobe and a small chair. The en-suite shower room has a WC and basin.
Roof terrace:
The roof terrace is accessed up an external staircase to the side of the villa and is furnished with two sun loungers, a day bed and a large parasol. There are also 4 cushioned armchairs set around a low wooden table - the prefect space in which to enjoy a sun downer and take in the spectacular views.
Outside the villa:
The pool has curved roman steps at one end and a ladder at the other for entry. There are 6 sun loungers with side tables and a parasol. Beneath the veranda, is a dining table with 8 chairs and an L-shaped built-in cushioned sofa with a coffee table. There is a large built-in coal BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.
At the side of the villa under the bougainvillea-clad arbour, are two armchairs with a low wooden table. Here also is the second gate giving access to the side street that leads to the communal pool.
In the mature and shaded garden at the rear of the villa, you will find table tennis, a swing chair and two further mesh chairs from which to enjoy watching the more energetic members of your party!
Points to note:
Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 10).
Should you wish to use the communal pool within the Likya Residential Estate (close to the property), there will be a weekly charge of £50 payable for 2023 bookings (the weekly rate for 2024 will be confirmed in due course). Please let us know if you would like to add this facility to your booking.
