Villa Oscar is a newly refurbished modern 2-bedroom property in Kisla, a popular and peaceful area of Kalkan.

The villa is in a fantastic location, just metres from the sea and close to Kalkan Park beach club. 

The property is accessed through a metal gate at street level and the entrance door is just up a couple of steps.  The pool and gardens are at the rear of the property - ideal for families or friends who like some privacy.

The villa also has amazing views across the bay from both bedrooms and the large L-shaped balcony on the first floor.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

As you come through the entrance door the well-equipped kitchen is to your left with a breakfast bar with 3 bar chairs, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, sandwich toaster and kettle.  At the back of the kitchen is a glass door leading out to the pool terrace.

The living room is to the right and there are two sofas spaced around a coffee table plus a flat screen TV.  There is also a dining table that seats 4 comfortably and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.

First floor:

There are two bedrooms on this level – the twin room can be made into a double on request.  Within the room are wardrobes and a glass door leads to the shared balcony with sea views.  Guests staying in this room would use the separate shower room just across the landing.

The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath with an integral shower.  Sliding doors give access to the shared balcony which has a table and two chairs from which to enjoy the sea views. Within the room is a wardrobe and wall mounted TV.

Outside the villa:

The freshwater pool is accessed by a ladder and there are 4 sun loungers with side tables and 2 parasols by the pool.  At one end, steps lead up to a raised ottoman seating area under a pergola.

There is also a dining table with 6 chairs under a pergola with a portable BBQ for al-fresco dining.

The walled garden has mature plants and offers guests privacy from the surrounding villas. 

Points to note: 

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• The pool and gardens are tended to daily
• A weekly clean and linen change is provided – therefore, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change (additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost if required and with notice)

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 4).
