We are delighted to introduce Villa Grande to our portfolio. Located close to a number of beach clubs in the Kisla district of Kalkan, the villa has undergone a complete renovation and can accommodate up to 13 guests in 7 bedrooms.

The villa is set out over four floors as follows: 

Ground floor: 

Open plan living and dining area. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a flat screen TV. Two sets of glass doors open out onto the pool terrace. 

The dining table seats 8 guests and the the well-equipped kitchen also features a breakfast bar which can seat an additional 3 people.

The first of the villa’s seven bedrooms can be found on this level; a single bedroom, with en-suite facilities. 

First floor:

This floor houses three further bedrooms; two are sea view doubles each with en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom on this level is a sea view twin-bedded room with an en-suite bathroom (this bedroom can be confirgured as a double on request).

Second Floor:

This floor houses three more bedrooms which mirror those on the first floor; two are sea view doubles each with en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom on this level is a sea view twin-bedded room with an en-suite bathroom (this bedroom can be confirgured as a double on request).

Roof terrace level:

This level features a spa room complete with Jacuzzi bath tub from which guests can take in the superb sea views while relaxing. There is also a kitchenette with bar stools. The roof terrace has sun-loungers plus a dining table and fabulous views.

Outside the villa: 

The spacious ground floor terrace offers plenty of space for relaxation plus a pool, sun-loungers and parasols.

A comfortable sofa set is provided, together with two al-fresco dining areas plus a BBQ.

Pool dimensions are approximately 9.5 metres x 3.5 metres x 1.40 metres deep.

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• WiFi internet access is provided
• A weekly full clean and linen change are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)

Prices above are for the villa per week based on 12 people (maximum number of guests - 13).

For the 2025 season, if your party size is 13 people, an additional charge of £280 per week will be applied.
