We are delighted to add this charming four-bedroom villa to our portfolio for the 2025 season in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan.
This stylish property is only a short walk to the beach clubs in Kalamar Bay as well as the restaurants and supermarkets on the ‘Kalamar Road’.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
The entrance door opens onto the hallway with a twin bedroom immediately to the right and a shower room with WC and basin for guests using this bedroom. Within the bedroom is an open wardrobe and dressing table with a wall mounted mirror. Views are of the mature garden at the rear of the property.
Beneath the stairs is a cupboard with a washing machine for guests’ use.
A couple of steps lead down to the open plan living area which is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table and a wall mounted TV providing a wide range of English-speaking channels.
The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, electric hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee machine, water cooler, toaster and kettle.
Sliding doors from the kitchen and living area provide access to the pool terrace.
First floor:
There are three bedrooms on this floor.
The first double room at the front of the property has a Juliette balcony through sliding doors with views of Mouse and Snake Islands and Kalamar Bay. Within the room is a mirrored wardrobe and a dressing table. This room shares the large family shower room across the hallway.
The Master bedroom is next door with an en-suite shower room. Within the room is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers and a long wall mounted mirror. Sliding doors lead out to the large covered balcony with a double day bed on which to relax and enjoy the wonderful sea views.
The third bedroom on this level is a twin that can be made into a double on request. Within the room is an open wardrobe and views are of the mature garden at the rear of the villa. Guests using this bedroom have use of the previously mentioned shared family shower room.
Outside the villa:
The freshwater pool is accessed by Roman- style steps and 5 sun loungers are provided beneath a beautiful olive tree for those seeking some shade.
There is also a covered seating area with two cushioned wooden sofas set around a coffee table in which to relax and take in the views.
To the side of the villa beneath a pergola, is the dining table that seats 8 guests comfortably plus a BBQ to enable your party to enjoy al-fresco dining.
At the rear of the garden is further seating for guests to enjoy a sun downer before heading into town.
Points to note:
"We stayed at Pine Tree Villa from the end of July to the beginning of August this year with my wife and two daughters. We had a superb holiday. The villa is one of the best we have ever stayed in, very spacious, fantastic outside space with shade for relaxing, eating and even an Olive tree in the garden offering shade by the loungers. It is very well laid out so all rooms are comfortable and the main bedrooms have great views. There are some lovely touches like USB sockets, a water dispenser where the bottle will be replaced for you as soon as it is empty and the wifi is as fast as at home. The villa is maintained by Onur who will greet you and provide any support you need, though not intrusive. He was absolutely brilliant. The villa is in a very pretty tree lined road which is a stones throw from the supermarket and bars/restaurants. The main town is a walk away but taxi's are frequent and reasonably priced. There are dozens of shops, bars, restaurants and a small harbour. Nearly all the restaurants are roof top and in the harbour, you can pick up a boat that will take you to a whole range of beach clubs dotted around the bay. This was our first time to Turkey and we were very pleasantly surprised. The people and hospitality is second to none. It also has an interesting dynamic where there are virtually no tour operators so there are many visitors who return each year and provide a very friendly feel. I've never spoken to so many people on holiday. I think it is particularly good for families with teenage children though there is something for everyone. I would recommend this to anyone, you will not be disappointed. Oh, and a quick word about the owner, probably the most helpful, friendly and supportive you could ever have. You want for nothing."

"A simply wonderful 11 night stay at Pinetree Villa. The villa is exceptionally well appointed - air con was very effective, super powerful showers, huge TV with games & loads of recent films, best equipped kitchen we’ve ever stayed in & bedrooms with ample storage & hangers. A thoughtful welcome back (milk, bread, butter, eggs, cheese, juice) was waiting for us on arrival. I was also impressed with the basics already in the villa - salt & pepper, oil, sugar, liquid soap in every bathroom, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets. I’d also agree with a previous reviewer - the photos don’t do the villa justice. The outdoor space is wow - lovely view over Kalamar bay, the open aspect allowing a breeze, an olive tree providing welcome shade & the Bougainvillea a sight to behold. Indoor space is equally pleasing - tastefully furnished in a relaxed fashion. The owner, Howard was very helpful, providing lots of useful information & recommendations including the airport transfer. Onur was the local caretaker - he hosed down the outdoor area & sunbeds every day & changed the big water bottles (almost daily for our party of 8). Like Howard, he was a font of knowledge about Kalkan, spoke very good English & was genuinely friendly. It was our first visit to Kalkan. We liked being a bit further away from the busy centre but able to walk to the local Kalamar restaurants & the local beach clubs (choice of 3: Kalamar Beach club, Kulbube Beach club & Lures Beach club). We preferred the Kalamar Beach club as we enjoyed the sea trampoline & pontoon as well as use of a pedalo & a sea kayak, all of this & sunbed for 250 lira per person. Food & drinks are expensive but we ate lunch in the villa so not sure if value for money food wise. They also provided a free transfer back. We ate out every night - either in Kalamar or in Kalkan old town & harbour & can honestly say we never had a disappointing meal. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa & hope to visit again."

"Fabulous Private Villa. Four of us stayed in the villa at the end of June. Really well appointed villa.High standard throughout and everything worked well. Very clean. Exactly as described. In fact in reality it looks better. Local bars and restaurants nearby, all good. Also a supermarket within walking distance. Water already provided in the water cooler. About 20 min walk into Kalkan town. Taxi 200 lira (which included a tip). Onur the caretaker and our "go to" man was excellent. The owner kept in touch also. We had the best time and would honestly recommend."
