Villa Palmiye is a beautiful, luxurious and spacious detached villa just 150 metres from the sea offering stunning views over Kalkan Bay. The villa is conveniently situated at the entrance to the Kisla area of Kalkan and the nearest supermarket is less than 100 metres away. The nearest beach club is a 5 minute walk from the villa.

The villa was recently renovated by its current owners and the accommodation is laid out as follows: 

Entrance:

At ground level, a few steps up from the villa’s private garage, is a self-contained 1 bedroom apartment with a furnished terrace and beautiful sea views.

This apartment comprises a lounge with open plan kitchen, furnished with comfortable sofas, glass dining table, and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is a twin with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) and sea views (this bedroom can also be confiigured as a double room if required). There is an alfresco dining table and comfortable seating on the terrace in front of this apartment. 

As this apartment is separately-accessed from the main part of the house, it’s not suitable for young unaccompanied children, but is ideal for older teens or adults who want their own space and privacy.

First Floor:

First floor hosts a spacious and airy open plan lounge with fully equipped modern kitchen including a breakfast bar. Doors open out on to a very spacious pool terrace.

There is a double bedroom with en-suite facilities situated on this floor. 

Second Floor:

This floor houses 3 bedrooms (two doubles and a twin), each with en-suite facilities and own balcony. 

Outside the villa:

Villa Palmiye has a good-sized infinity-edged pool with roman style steps, shaded alfresco dining area with stone BBQ, comfortable sofas, plus a separate games room with pool table and table tennis at the rear of the property. The pool is saline (not chlorinated).

• WiFi internet connection is provided
• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival
• Pool towels are provided for guests' use
• The villa is equipped with two safes
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis, so if staying for 2 weeks, there is one mid-stay clean and linen change (if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• The self-contained apartment is not suitable for young unaccompanied children as it's separately-accessed from the main part of the villa

Prices shown are for the villa per week, not per person - maximum number of guests = 10.

Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £120 per week - please book pool heating at least 7 days in advance.
