Villa Everes is a contemporary property with fabulous views over Kisla Bay. The villa is close to a selection of beach clubs and has been beautifully designed with glass doors and windows to maximise the incredible sea views from every aspect.

The spacious bedrooms are all en-suite with balconies. or with access to the garden patio with sea views. There is also a gym and table tennis provided.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor

The entrance door is just down a few steps from the street with off road parking and a remote gate for security.  Once inside, the open plan living area has a large L-shaped sofa with two armchairs spaced around a coffee table plus a large Smart TV.  The dining table within the kitchen area seats 8 comfortably and the kitchen itself is fully equipped with a range of modern appliances, including a large fridge-freezer, gas hob, built in electric oven and microwave, sandwich toaster, coffee machine and kettle.  Sliding doors from the kitchen and living room give access to the pool terrace.

A guest cloakroom can also be found on this level.

First floor

There is one large double bedroom on this floor with a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower room accessed via glass doors.  There is also a dressing table and wardrobes together with a wall mounted TV. Sliding doors lead out to the balcony which is furnished with two sun loungers and a small table with fabulous sea views.

Second floor

There is one large double bedroom set beneath the eaves on this level with a dressing table with kettle, wall mounted TV, wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.  Sliding doors lead out to the covered balcony with its panoramic views of the mountains and the bay below.

Lower ground floor

There is a double and twin bedroom on this level. The twin room has an en-suite shower and dressing table and wardrobe.  Sliding doors lead out to the garden patio with partial sea views.

There is a washing machine, airer, ironing board and iron for guests’ use under the stairs on this level.

A door leads to the gym which has a separate shower room. Within the gym is a weights machine, treadmill, exercise bike, pilates ball, free weights and mats.  Sliding doors lead out to the garden patio.

Outside the villa

The pool is salt water with an infinity-edge down one side with a ladder for access.  There are 8 mesh sun loungers spaced around the pool with four small tables and a parasol.  An outside shower is provided for guests’ use.

Also on the pool terrace beneath a pergola, is a dining table with 8 chairs and a swing seat.  There is also a built in BBQ with sink for al-fresco dining.

For those who feel more energetic, there is table tennis is also provided.

• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
• WiFi internet connection is provided
• There is a cot and highchair for guests’ use on request - please bring your own bedding
• There are integral stair gates on the ground floor leading to the first floor and lower ground floor
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis - therefore, is staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change

Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests - 8).

Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £175 per week and with advance booking.
